When I was a kid, I'm not that good in studies people used to tease me like i'm unfit to studies and one day my school management have issued TC to me by calling my parents they don't want me to promote and take risk in upcoming board examinations so I moved to some other school and I have found few outstanding lecturer who taught me from the deep root of the subject and built my basics in schooling and in diploma also I'm enough lucky because of my professionals they through me how to learn physics and maths with real world examples which were given me strong basics in engineering  later I have moved to engineer, i have got the admission in Top 5 ranked Engineering college in my state but the way they teach subject was remembered my school days and felt really bad one day i felt to quit engineering because they way they teach will not helpful to me in my carrier and i felt I'm wasting my time in college but my friends stopped me by thinking about my carrier and thought me the value of degree certificate, not only me I have seen hundreds of people around me who are suffering to mug up the subjects because of quality faculty, my vision went in a big way if I can see hundreds of students around me, how many people may there across the country and the world.

so I felt I need to solve this issue by designing a platform where anyone can learn anything at any time not only to students but also to teachers to train them self and for upcoming new teachers by teaching the subject with the deep concepts and real-world examples through E-learning platform at absolutely zero cost so even lower-middle-class parent-son can get access to top class lectures to train himself to upgrade not only through subject by this subject gain can make him wealthy person in feature,

So we are creating True Guide it's an open innovative learning platform where anyone can learn anything at zero cost to educate the world to see lights in millions of students lives. As it is an E-Learning platform but we are not eliminating teachers our platform can help teachers to train them self in subject teaching with real-world examples it will help teachers while teaching to students and it also creates a system like student can learn concepts in home and practice quizzes in classroom where teacher will help students to solve quizzes so teacher-student interaction time will increase with this process of teaching. so the teacher will get enough time to spend with the student to solve his doubt while student solving quizzes.

We are from India, we have the big players like Byju's, Akash Tutorials in E-Learning platform in India, but the main gap area we would like to solve is Byju's charging 20k INR for 4th Grade Maths and Science that's the minimum charge they are charging which can't be affordable by Middle and Lower middle-class parents to train their kid in that respective subjects, about 80% of the world population is in Middle and Lower Middle-class category, so we thought free education through E-learning can solve lot of issues in education inequality and we are doing the with True Guide

Well, we are speaking about the E-learning platform, as an Indian student I can say that in India student want the teacher to clarify his doubts, at any point in time, so using E-learning platform all the videos are going to be recorded videos, so how the student is going to get clear about his doubts, here our technology-based solution online student community going to play key role, this is just an example lot of things are integrated in our solution which can't be described in 100 words, we work with web solution to solve our challenge.

To frank to say we don't want to jump into market directly, so our strategy is completely different, we want to reach millions who are in need, so in the first phase we are planning to keep programming tech courses, where college students and techies can use the platform and develop their skills and in second phase we are planning to develop the content based on academic school syllabus of our state and we will start piloting through NGO and Govt operated schools, so schools can start to use our product, from schools students, will be able to know us 

our vision is to cover all the Government schools and Ngo operated schools by providing our solution in my country, so teachers can train them self and teach students and play digital classes in schools and make students to practice the online tests and teacher will get enough time to interact with students like less teaching more practicing, we teach through E-learning portal, teacher help them to solve quizzes. that make student focus more on learning by practicing. so once student know about our application he may use at home whenever he is free to learn.

we want to start serving from lower and middle-class students so we want to build the community by providing our solution to NGO's and Government schools so we can reach millions of needy students later students start to use the application in homes whenever they are free and they will recommend to there friends who are will to learn because anyone can access our open learning innovative platform only for learners to learn anything at anywhere, from schooling to professional courses. we are lucky that instead of focusing on sale we can focus on content quality to serve real need

currently we are developing our proto once it is done, we are planning to serve for engineering college students in phase 1 to train them for their placements by teaching programming. In phase 2 we are planning to make content for school students and run our application in government and Ngo operated schools.

We are expected to serve minimum 10k students in next 12 months and it is through Government and Ngo operated schools, we next 3 years we will try our level best to cover all the Govt and Ngo schools by providing our E-learning platform to make the smart classes.

Our team is techie team who can build application over nights for app and web, and a guy has a experience in working with Ngo's and state government and he can bring big players into picture once our solution and content in ready to serve for needy through Ngo's and Government  operated schools to reach into market

we used to operate with multi sided business model, we will provide the service to students and schools to access the content at free of cost and we bring the students to our portal and attract them with the quality content and quizzes to maintain the relationship. and the other side we run video advertising campaigns based of location and type of student accessing the platform so once we have traffic my advertisers are going to pay for me, so our service is free as compared to competitors and we provide curriculum based content to students with great quizzes so student will love us to learn as many as possible from us this makes long-term sustainability to us.

we are tried to reach 100's of investors and everyone says it's a good application but we are too early for them to invest in us, so we want to say our vision to the world actually what impact we want to make and looking for the social investors in the early stage to develop the content because due to lack of money we don't want to drop our application, we feel we are not developing application we are developing the feature of education system to provide right education to each and every individual to solve inequality.

Content development and the Govt support is the key barrier to our solution by participating in solve i can reach my govt easily and deploy the application in my country government schools and second is investment for content development, this investment may help us to develop the content and to reach the target audience.
