Creating Organic Wealth

I am passionate  addressing human needs from economic,  environment and social aspects. They are vulnerable to natural disaster and food security as a result of climate change so I am proposing resilient  and adaptation measures to ensure their livelihoods improves and secured.

Residence have relocated due to constant weather patterns instability and social outcomes. Should their needs be met were only taking approach locally  relevant and appropriate. Thus we have increase food multiplication and tree planting around people who are most at risks from natural disasters. We plan to do more and solve the problems emerging from climate change. 

I call farmers in each villages and organised committees. I give them resources  and they are managing as taking ownership. It's working when locals feel they own it. I will distribute  logistics and in the their groups they have to identify who will have Polly bags and agriculture support.

We serve rural poverty  stricken communities who the political leaders neglect.  Those who were  victims from climate change related issues like floods taken gardens,  unemployed youths,  farmers who don't have access to markets and so on. Most importantly,  women who are passionate to advance from subsistence farming to more commercial farming,  creating self employment and become women entrepreneurs in the community who the look upon for leadership. 

Rural communities are left in needs due to climate change and food security. We are actually  addressing climate change and food security  through adoption practices and seed multiplication trainings and distribution of seeds. We addressing social,  environment and economic issues through integrated holistic approach. Yes we do address  environment, social and economic issues through integrated holistic development. 

We have developed from just a concept stage to growth and into scaling up  stage as we distribute our resources through others communities and provinces in our country. 

The impact is alarming and demand to increase agriculture production and build production capacity is a way forward which has enable rural farmers become entrepreneurs. 

Community groups taking ownership is making our solution more effective. The farmers themselves experience first hand how the approach address the human needs. I have  seen when the agroforest intervention program increased in the communities,  the attitude of people change.  On many occasions,  poverty prevent people from seen human aspects change, especially  relationship with the resources  they have. So since farmers still in traditional subsistence farming will passionate about commercial farming generating income and improve quality of life in villages. 

I am serving more than ten thousand population in more than 27 local villages. It is expected that in one year the program will cover twenty-six thousand households. 

Create income earning and self employment for rural underprivileged farming households. 

Reduce natural disasters  and social issues like lawlessness. 

we are a grassroots community based organization and soon planned to institutionalised by review our structure. 

My team comprised of various professional backgrounds, I. E.  accountant,  development specialist,  teachers and  theologians. Their vast expertise has moved us to the radar. Also village coordinators manages programs in tree planting,  coffee,  bulb onion and marketing. The team members I called directors and they oversee different livelihood programs under Daulo Commodities Cooperative Society Ltd. 

We dare to promote equality and respect regardless of color,  qualifications,  physical condition and etc. We share same value and respect human dignity. 

I apply because I need additional  funds to complete project and scale up where needs identified. The projects needs support to be completed. 

I need to distribute projects to other areas still waiting for us.
