l’OECM

A. Problem to solve: -Conditions on the Earth are growing continuously worse. If we don’t find an efficient definitive solution, in the surrounding of the year 4000, there won’t be life on our planet.-How  can we slow down or stop the steady growth of the Earth warming and so, ensure life on the Earth to continue forever?

B. -Proposed Solutions: To overcome the above-mentioned challenge, we must operate globally the following on the Earth:

1°-the setting up and maintenance of an artificial space refrigerator;

2°-the collection and storage of greenhouse gases;

3°-the conversion of deserts into forests;

4°-the strengthening of the Earth's Magnetic Field;

5°-negotiations for peaceful resolution of conflicts.

C. When we change the environment behavior to force it to behave positively in regards with what we actualkly deplore globally, all living beings on the Earth will benefit from this change. 

Observations:

1°- In July 2000, the storm Gloria shakes Madagascar; damages the main railway line; devastates fields, cattles, houses, and persons. 

2°- In August 2000, in the USA, in dry air, lightning strikes; fires break out, devastating hundreds hectares; the American government spends 13 million dollars daily to extinguish fires. Firefighters die strucken. Excessive heat kills people in France.

3°- On August 21st, 2000, the temperature escalates, varies between 40 and 45 degrees Centigrade. We record large fires in Europe and USA. 

4°-On August 23rd, 2000, a strong wind rises in Sahara; raising mercury in the air; creating fires, causing sunstroke in Algeria. 

5°-On August 25th, 2000, in Greece, wild fires consume 5,000 hectares in 48 hours.

Problems raised:

1°)-What level will reach damages, since the Earth warming progresses?

2°)-How can we explain our globe warming?

3°)-Where is the deepest source of devastating, deadly storms and floods?

*The use of renewable energies to mitigate greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions is only a temporary solution; unable to stop the increase of heat on our planet. -Even if we reduce GHG emissions at zero, the global average temperature will continue to grow. With this growth, all consequences linked to climate changes. 

A. Description of our solutions: 

1°-the setting up and maintenance of an artificial space refrigerator;

2°-the collection and storage of greenhouse gases;

3°-the conversion of deserts into forests;

4°-the strengthening of the Earth's Magnetic Field;

5°-negotiations for the peaceful resolution of conflicts.

B. How our solutions work:

 They will cool hot particles coming from the Sun;  mitigate greenhouse gas emissions by reducing them in number of molecules; intensify the Earth Magnetism; struggle for peace all over the world and with all this, they will allow life on the Earth to continue forever.

C. Technologies our solutions will use:

Our solutions will use already known technologies.

A.Target Population:

-Climate change adverse effects impact negatively the whole of the environment. I mean all living and non-living elements surrounding and including man. Our lives, our activities, our surrounding, our development, our economies are disturbed by climate change adverse effects.

 -All living beings on the Earth are impacted negatively in a way or another; depending on the region concerned and the standard of living. Although the most concerned people are the most vulnerable, all people, all the environment is concerned by our solutions.  

 B. In What Ways is the Target Population Underserved?

1°-Since we define the environment as “All the natural components of the planet Earth, such as air, water, atmosphere, rocks, plants, animals, and all the phenomena and interactions that take place in it; everything that surrounds and includes man and his activities"; we understand that negative climate change effects impact the entire environment in a way or another.

 2°-Among these negative impacts, we note excessive heat, too much rain, inundations, drought, floods, reduced agricultural production, malnutrition, poor health, inability to defend against diseases, low level of thinking, decrease of professional conscience, incapacity of social progress, death of people. 

 3°-COVID-19 is undermining our activities and killing us because we touched where we should not or in a manner we should not.

 4°-Rising sea waters are already threatening small islands. Scientists declare that if all the glaciers were to dissolve, they would fill our entire globe to a height of one meter. What is life on the Earth going to become?

C. What I'm I Doing to Understand Their Needs? 

In short, to understand the need of our dying planet, we conducted profound analysis through the book titled "Menaces d'Extinction de la Vie sur le Globe Terrestre"; actually posted on internet. Insert that title into Google Research Bar; you will be directed to the book. 

D. How I'm I Engaging Them as I Develop the Solutions?

-After our understanding of the needs of the environment (including man), we created the non governmental organization that we named "l'OECM" (l'Oeuvre Environnementale Commune Mondiale) = Global Environmental Common Task. This is the starting point where people can participate to search of solutions to our common challenge.

-When you read the cover of the book already evoqued, you note that we will constitute the Scientific Group of l'OECM; which will be made of scientists and experts of various subjects coming from all over the world; with the mission to give precisions on how we can apply the results of laboratories on our dying planet. 

-Allow me to stress that everyone in the world will be implicated. At least, everyone will have to respect the environment by putting into practice, the laws put in place to keep our home in good health.

 Here, laws will foresee the kind of punishments for recalcitrants. 

No enterprise will start or continue working without permission from the environment authorities. 

-You understand that, after the international community has accepted to fund l'OECM with as much money as possible, the next step of our painfull work is the construction of laboratories for scientific researches on the Sun, the Earth and their respective atmospheres to allow us experiment solutions in laboraties first; before their implementation on the Earth. 

-l'OECM is a global company, where different categories of expertise are needed; no matter about their origin.  

 -You understand that we largely implicate people in the remedies we plan to nurse our dying planet.   

Notes:

-The level of efficiency of l'OECM solutions depend on the amount of money the enterprise will be endowed with. In spite of these huge actions through which we plan to nurse our home, we also have small and medium projects of which objective is the protection of the environment; I mean the man and the whole of his surrounding. More l'OECM receives money, more its intervention will be efficient and more life on the Earth will be beautifull. 

I hope that you'll give me the occasion to talk to the UN                Secretary-General delegation. The United Nations Organization has the opportunity to facilitate the implementation of this noble and huge project. 

 Our book witnesses the following process:

1°-We learn disturbing news by radio ( infrastructure destruction; death of people by excessive heat, fires, storms, inundations);

2°-We define the environment as "All the planet Earth natural components (air, water, atmosphere, rocks, plants, animals, and phenomena taking place in it; everything surrounding and including man and his activities");

3°-We understand that negative climate change effects impact the environment. 

4°-Our researches understand these phenomena;

6°-We create l'OECM to implement solutions found.

l'OECM means the Global Environmental Common Task. From this definition, we understand that l'OECM solutions are based on scientific researches to be implemented all over the world and that the whole of the world with its various capacities, organizations and institutions are needed to move the task forward.  

l'OECM solutions present new applications; never applied in the world untill now. The following operations make l'OECM solutions innovative:

1°-the setting up and maintenance of an artificial space refrigerator;

2°-the conversion of deserts into forests;

3°-the strengthening of the Earth Magnetic Field;

The ùoment being, the negative impacts the Earth inhabitant are deploring find their origin in the actual composition and functioning of the Sun, the Solar wind, the Earth Magnetic Field and the Earth. When our operations change the composition or the functioning of these elements, the changes will be felt all over the world on all living beings.

Since the above solutions are implemented all over the world with positive impacts, every living being on the Earth will certainly benefit from their positive effects as long as they are needed to maintain life on our planet.

 Billions of all humen and all living beings on the Earth are beneficiaries of our solutions. This will last as long as life on the Earth continues.   

To evaluate our progress, we must count less and less victims of climate change adverse effets; less and less damages due to climate changes in human activities. For example: 

1°-Last year, before we start working, our planet registered a yearly average of 100 dead persons because of raise of heat for the total of years humen having been counting victims of the Earth warming. 

Thanks to our applications, five years later, this number of dead persons because of intense heat decreases at 70 or 50 persons. 

That is the way to ensure monitoring of the solution. The frequency of negative phenomena we actually deplore will diminish progressively with the passage of time.  

Until now, only 10 persons, members of l'OECM, have been working for less than 10 hours per week. The moment being, only the slave of l'OECM is working for the obtainment of funding. Others are waiting for the day the organization will be able to pay workers. 

Once funded; we'll recrute specialists all over the world:

1°-To make up the Scientific Body of l'OECM; made of persons with the mission to implement the evoqued actions. This is found on the cover of the book already mentioned. 

To constitute this Scientific Body of l'OECM, I need money. 

2°-To work on the implementation of projects. At this level, let's note that any amount of money given by the donors will help l'OECM to work on one of its numerous planned actions. In addition to huge projects above-mentioned, l'OECM also has small projects to nurse our home. 

For example: Resort to Renewable Energies for GHG Emission Mitigation in DRC; of which general objective is to mitigate greenhouse gas emissions and thus, participate to the reduction of the global mean temperature and slow down climate change adverse effects. 

For this example, we note that no country in the world has successfully carried out development actions while facing the problem of hunger. In the case of DRC, we would like to educate our unemployed young people while at the same time involving them in intensive agricultural activities to alleviate hunger on a national scale and guarantee exports for sale outside the country. This allows the inflow of foreign currency into our banks and the stabilization of the congolese currency. This can be replicated in all countries it may be needed. 

Allow us to forward your glance at the cover of the our book to discover that we plan the making of a the Scientific Body of l'OECM; which will be made of scientists, engineers, experts, researchers recruted and coming from all over the world; with the duty to implement l'OECM aligned actions. These are people to group and rapidly lodge in l'OECM General Headquarter in DRC; where the laboratories of scientific researches on the Sun and the Earth will be constructed.

The main condition to fill during the recruitment is the ability to conduct positively the duty one is appointed to and to reach the assigned goals. We find convenient and able persons everywhere in the world. Since the task is an international fight, all the Earth inhabitants will be invited to participate with their best abilities in an area or another.  

The implementation of huge projects to cover the whole of our globe requires Billions of Dollars to nurse our dying planet. However, we receive any amount of money you can offer us. It will help to implement small or medium size projects for greenhouse gas emission mitigation. For example:

 "Resort to Renewable Energies for GHG Emission Mitigation in DRC"

This project addresses important challenges. In fact, the future shows a world that is hungry, victim of banditry; struck by various diseases; blamed for the inability to work and progress; subjected to underdevelopment; ravaged by wars for survival due to the progressive depletion of natural resources. We must already begin to work for effective preventive measures. 

Its objectives:

 a)- Overall objective:                                                                                   1°-Reserve the environment;                                                                         2°-Fight the harmful effects of climate changes through the use of renewable energies.                                                                                      b)-Specific objectives:                                                                               1°-Supply the population with electricity and tools for heating, drying, conservation, cooking and lighting, to save forests, seat of biodiversity; 

2°-Eliminate extreme poverty and hunger;                                                    3°- Improve maternal health;                                                                    4°-Relieve the housewife from servitudes linked to traditional cooking requirements and search for wood at long distances from the house;              5°-Enable rural doctors to save human lives by surgical interventions with tools runing on electricity;                                                

6°-The combination of objectives 1°, 2°, 3° and 4° achieve another objective:  "Preservation of maternal health";                                              7°-Permit the setting up of small and medium enterprises thanks to electricity.                                                                      

8°-Endow students in middles deprived of electricity with necessary tools to conduct their activities successfully;

You certainly note with me that l'OECM is a highly ambitious global heavy task. We'll need all types of qualification to move the enterprise forward and achieve our goals. Such a task certainly requires enormous salaries to push employees to play the best of their life.

As billions of jobs will be created all over the world. I think we need all types of sciences and specialities anywhere we shall be working. Tools we'll work with also require to be of high quality. We need a consequent funding. I mean "Billions Of Dollars". However, we accept any amount of money to perform a work at a given level of our program. It will help moving the task a little forward. 

As l'OECM works to nurse our home in peril, we'll need the following qualifications:

1°-researchers in the area of climate changesand their team ; 2°-agronomists, 3°-climatologists and their teams, 4°-geologists and their colaborators, 5°-engineers for construction of buildings, 6°-mineralogists, 7°-volcanologists, 8°-constructors of satelites and their teams; 9°observers of the evolution of rain and warming; 10°-observers of glaciers dissolution; 11°-Greenhouse gas inventory specialists;  12°-Electricians; 13°-Mechanics; 14°-Medical doctors and nurses; and so on.

In short, we'll need everyone in what he can be useful. at least in the respect of established laws to maintain the environment safe and able to provide life to living beings.  

We'll recruit employees progressively, to respond to immediate needs of the task. It will be a question of funding availability, dedicated to recruitment.  

Since we know that conditions on the Earth are growing continuously worse, untill its total disappearence in the surrounding of the year 4000;

Since we know the intervention of l'OECM will allow life on the Earth to continue forever and enterprizes to function with improvement of conditions in which they will evolve, I think, to my modest opinion, that l'OECM deserves a certain number of prizes existing in our world. particularly those issued by Solve; since Solve is informed about our work.

As mentioned in l'OECM charter, taking into account the gravity of damage caused by refugees to the environment (Refer to our book already evoqued here-above), we will fight for peacefull resolution of conflicts over the world.  In fact, the presence of refugees anywhere signals conflicts and sends l'OECM to reach  the origin point to negociate for peace and the return of refugees in their country of origin. 

We will provide ideas to construct engines to cool the solar wind; to collect greenhouse gas emissions; to intensfy the Earth magnetism; to block carbon dioxide for ever. All of these technologies are highly useful for life on the Earth to continue.

We liberate women with the introduction of electricity where they crucially miss it. -When you see the project of medium size we mentioned above under the title "Resort to Renewable Energies for Greenhouse Gas Mitigation In DRC"; you note the following output: 

"The housewife is Relieved from the servitudes related to the traditional cooking requirements and to the search for wood at long distances from the house".

Since we know fishes are included in the environment we have the duty to protect; 

As fishery is closely linked to food; as women in campain bear the duty to provide eating to their respective families;

we embark this activity in the general objective, dealing with the protection of the environment and the facility l'OECM must provide to women in campains in purpose to liberate the late from too hard works. In the case of Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), we have lakes where fishes die of ageing. Factories should be put in place and fishery intensify to nourrish people with proteins; very necessary to have strong people; ready for hard work; also necessary to ensure the growth of children.     

In our sub-project about resort to renewable energies, we read:

"It is necessary to multiply associations and institutions that "bring down scientific information and arouse interest at the lowest social level of our communities; they are the target for the implementation of scientific discoveries"

This means we must work intensivelly with the lowest communities of our societies to allow them make appropriation of projects we implement; otherwise, our ideas will end in a failure. We really have to implicate the lowest social class to give our projects, the opportunity to attain planned goals. 

In the preamble of l'OECM Charter, we mention the following strong solutions: 

1°the setting up and maintenance of an artificial space refrigerator;
2°the collection and storage of greenhouse gases;
3°the conversion of deserts into forests;
4°the strengthening of the Earth's Magnetic Field;
5°negotiations for the peaceful resolution of conflicts.

In the 5th type of intervention, we see refugees in bad conditions because they are not at home; they miss jobs; they are in the bush, cutting woods, killing animals and catching fishes illegally for their survival. 

In this 5th type of intervention, we do our best to make refugees as happier as possible; bringing them back the dignity they deserve according to the United Nations Conventions; while in the same time, we negociate with politicians for the peaceful return at home.

During their stay where they are refugees, we organize classes for children, we create jobs for all of them. We do our best to put them in conditions similar to the one of those who are at home. Thus, they will cause less harm at the environment in their surrounding. The kind of job we'll give them aim to conserve the environment of which they are part.
