E-quiAll
E-quiAll is a remote and hybrid-based solution designed to provide comprehensive, accessible, and affordable education to the 64% of young learners across the country who attend public primary and secondary schools, are victims of a failed educational system, and cannot afford to pay for quality education in schools designed for only the rich in a country where 40.1% of the population live below the poverty line.
E-quiAll will provide these young learners with a quality education to engage them, keep them off from crime, empower them to pursue the careers of their dreams, and contribute to lifting their communities.
E-quiAll is a solution that if scaled competently, promises to enrich the life of every young child in West Africa, and within the African continent to lead better lives and develop skills to become change drivers in their communities and continent.
E-quiAll aims to increase the engagement of young primary and secondary school learners, who lack access to and cannot afford quality education, in remote and hybrid environments. 64% of primary and secondary school learners within the country are victims of a failed educational system that does little in actively engaging these young learners through guided work and through the provision of the right tools needed to properly educate them.
E-quiAll hopes to increase and sustain the interest of these young learners in getting a quality education through the provision of an affordable and easily accessible learning platform with educational material tailored to each child's learning needs as well as the training, guidance, and tools that will help them harness the resources the platform will provide.
E-quiAll is an education system with a structure guided by a school curriculum and a more flexible school calendar that combines online and traditional face-face experience in providing high-end quality and affordable education to young learners in the country, here in Nigeria. Through learning supports and monitoring schemes that guide the young learners in making the best use of the aids that will be available to the young learners, the system offers to enable them to reach their full potential.
Through occasional physical meetings that would enable instructors, counselors, and peers to make impactful interactions at key times within the learning calendar together with physical libraries, online resource centers that have courses, a help desk, a mentoring and counseling unit, and course forums, to say the least, podcasts, e-library, and a customized App to help the young learners have easy access to the platform, the young learners will be ensured to gain quality and fulfilling education.
Being that the system is guided by a calendar, at the end of each calendar, the young learners would receive a detailed report card as well as certificates for extra-curriculum skills they gained during the course of any specific education module they completed.
Our solution targets 64% of young learners between the ages of 7-18 who attend public primary and secindary schools. Young children and adults who have had no formal education as well as children from better deserving backgrounds will also benefit from E-quiAll as a complement to their education.
The flexible education structure makes it possible for the young learners to benefit from the system all year round. E-quiAll will not only provide the young learners with learning resources but will also guide their learning through a tailored course work, mentorship, and supervision to ensure they utilize effectively the resources E-quiAll will offer to get the quality education they need to improve their lives and become better equipped to drive meaningful change in their communities.
Extra-curriculum learning will be made available abothnd accessible offline and remotely to every child everywhere around the world. The young learners will also have something to show for every skill they acquire through training, in the form of badges and certificates, to encourage and teach them the reward of hardwork, grit, conscientiousness, and commitment.
