World For My Sister Foundation approach women in underserved areas to get technological training and prepare them to connect with the market through entrepreneurial training project. We also developing annual event for Women and Girls to be a part of Female Hackathon.

In this millennials era, Youth, Women, and Netizen are potentials changer and customers holding technology. But, there are gender gap that makes women are in the red lines. Answering the challenges provided by SOLVE, we present World For My Sister Foundation. This platform provides a periodically projects for technology to be recognized by women in rural areas. Through this project, women can learn about entrepreneurship, start Small Medium Enterprise (SME), and connect it to our virtual market/e-commerce managed by women called Buy From My Sister.
For those women or girls who have known about technology and understand generally or specially about STEM, we maintain an annual event in partner with Co-Working Spaces and Digital Companies to make an Accelerator Program called Female Hacked, a Startup Accelerator program for women.
Those solution can be an answer for the gender wage gap and increase women participation in economic sector. Rather than working under a company that differentiates the wages of its employees, it is better to be an independent woman who creates new jobs. Besides, this can escalate connectivity between women and technology.
If the world against the women, let women against the world.
World For My Sister Foundation is developing a platform for women to be in touch with the technology by way of periodically projects, e-commerce training and accelerator program. Through this solution we surely solve :
1. A connectivity between the technology with women in rural areas.
2. Using the opportunities to new supply chains and new markets by SME e-commerce managed by women.
3. Women’s financial inclusion through access to digital payments, because our e-commerce is using virtual money.
4. A Gender wage gap by participating women in economic sector through new dimension of entrepreneurship.
By the data of IFC, 51% SME founded by women. But, there are still 47% women who are rarely using internet to develop their business. The rest of them do not know how to use it. Moreover, rural areas in Indonesia are still have many opportunities to be showed.
Besides, less than 12 percent of the country’s engineering students are women. We need a long time to change the perspectives on people's mind. Until it is done, we have to maximize this less 12 percent by giving them special area to hacked their innovations through our Female Hacked.
Our Customer Segment for this foundation are :

2. Young Women Engineers or IT students
3. Mass Market who use Buy From My Sister virtual market (product unidentified)
This projects would impact world economic sectors by improving women's entrepreneurship talent in technology, also close the gender pay gap by developing new jobs. We work in partner with local government, digital companies, and co-working spaces to engage them. For rural areas, we will spend 3 months training program from zero to infinity entrepreneur system.

We used hard-approach with time-based project to the women in underserved areas. This idea will turn into significant changes. Also, we provided Startup accelerator for female developer to build their own. Rather than giving a solution to make regulation of pay gap, we focused on how to open new areas in a new market to disrupt the current world.
This platform is designed from women, by woman and for women. We help them to maintain a better life within the technology to be independent women to not focusing on gender gap but in how to fill the gap with their creations and innovations.
People can access our solution to our website and communities. For those who want to access our online markets, they can download the application in app store or website. We also open for volunteering program to introduce technology to women in rural areas. The information can be found in website.

For sustaining our solution in a first stage, we need a Investor and will be supported by crowdfunding system.
1. 10 percent of each sales using Buy From My Sister will be allocated into our foundation to financing our operational things. 90 percent of sales is for woman seller.
2. The registration fee for Female Hacked and volunteering program will become our cash inflow
As the other social-enterprises have, the main factor that limiting our solution is finance. Second is market. 70% Social Enterprises are in the same level that they are still validating and adjusting to the market. There is limit succeed story from social enterprise founder, so the player do not ready to take big amounts of investment.

I am a youth and becoming a solver is youth responsibility as agent of change. But, by becoming a Solver, I will learn about different perspectives from the experts, learn about their failures instead of their succeed is more important for me to develop the better solution for the world's problem occurs nowadays.
