While talking to thousands of women in India, we found that some women were looking for jobs, some were looking for work life balance, some were looking for support on domestic violence while some were looking for advice on relationships and personal issues. The common thing about each of them was that they were looking to grow, in their own ways and means. Hence, SHEROES became the growth network for women.

The SHEROES ecosystem provides flexible opportunities, business resources, connect to experts, emotional support, advice on legal matters, and peer support for all women members to excel in their careers, businesses and lives.

Only 29% of internet population is female. 24% of the total work force is female. Less than 10% Twitterati in India are women. The conservative mindset still considers women, a backward race and thus not treating them equally. Unequal pay is yet another bi-product of the problem.

This gender parity problem, if solved well, can increase India's GDP by 46,000,000,000,000.

SHEROES life coaches have counselled over thousands women on career, relationships and thus making them come out strong from career breaks, abusive marriages etc.

The platform serves as a the connecting medium for companies and professional women. Over 10000 women have found jobs via the platform.

More than 5000 women respond to calls for support, advice and guidance from their peers, every single day.

The target is to impact 100 million women by providing them expert support, peer guidance, life coaching, connecting them with opportunities and skilling resources.

A unique application of secure messaging to keep the chat between counsellor and user confidential. User can share their doubts anonymously to conceal  their identity. The platform also identifies and weeds out men and spammers on detecting susceptible behaviour.

A platform that exhibits trust, empathy and security for women. The platform tech ensures it remains a women only spam free space thus creating a healthy space for meaningful conversations. The platform is also a space where women can talk openly without getting judged.

The people will access the solution via the SHEROES web and mobile platforms. The platform access will be free for women.
