connecting Learners and Mentors

This idea will prepare all learners for the need of tomorrow's education. This is for each student having their network.

There are various problems like our education system basically promotes rat race among our children. They have to read and mug-up entire text book without any understanding of it.So a student who scores 90 out of 100 and comes first actually remains a rat and hence our education system is not helping to develop persona of a child because it is the personality that is more important than academic qualification.Our children are not able to do critical analysis of anything. They take the line of establishment or the views of predominant majority. They are simply not able to look things from their own perspective. In our schools children are not able to get a global outlook. It means how to see yourself that you are actually a global citizen rather confined to a place or a country.Further, our teachers themselves are not sufficiently trained to teach kids. They do not have proper training that how they are going to impart values in children that are going to change the future of the country.

We are proposing to develop a common platform by the help of which the students who are new or in mid level of college to meet old &/or established members. It will change the world in the way that students will be in touch with the mentors throughout their education careers and educational challenges. It give students a mental satisfaction about people you know for a successful transition through and past college.

Many research shows that proper guidance-based learning is potentially the most comprehensively effective learning method, the outcomes is 3% to 300% improvements in academic.Yes, I think this is a new process for solving the challenge for the students who are from mid-level colleges to community/city colleges. Often, those students come from low to mid level household incomes and struggle to confidently reach out. Their schools lack the funds or name brand to create strong alumni/mentor networks. There's an immense value of creating a common platform for these students. 

As mentioned about the common platform, We are wondering if a application can be developed for the students that can be act as a tool for communication among single or group chat for mentors and students. The application needs a membership. Whomsoever wants to take advantage needs to create his/her profile with correct personal data. These profile will be helpful for connecting people of same field or domain and to interact with each other.

In our idea, we are looking for the application that will cover the following things:

1. It searches social website like LinkedIn, face book and college mentor databases for possible matches by asking students some simple initial questions.
2. It would creates meaningful, personalized FAQs to ask and maintain potential mentors for mentorship/advice. Later, this could be expanded to include a paid/unpaid section for additional professional coaching.
3. It would schedules invites to keep track of information of contact for mentor and students.

Studies have shown that guidance-based learning can be an effective tool for minimizing the achievement gap across sex, race, and socioeconomic status. These benefits are that most of the teachers, professors wanting to bring learners close to the mentors learning through relevant real-world projects to their classrooms. This is because it is 3 to 5 times more effective way to find a real-world common mentor cum partner with a suitable guidance to solve real life problems to get desired learning outcomes. It would affect the lives of Students,academic advisors, and mentors. It reimagines the academic planning process by going beyond academic achievement into personal growth and development.

There are some key points that would helps us to retain our customers, those are allowing the students to experience the app and share their feedback to understand the relationship. They have to take social media influence along with feeling them special after using this common platform. the most import thing is to engage them in career related application that will definitely provide value to their career. 

Presently we have twenty  members with this solution. With advancement in technology, conventional methods are being replaced by new technology. Globalization is on the rise and companies are spreading out all around the world, no longer restricted by geographical barriers. Economies are rising and falling and evolving continuously. We are in continuous job. Our personnel are in the task of plan and devise strategic campaigns and guidelines for recruiting suitable candidates for a required services.

We have gone through a survey regarding organization and mentoring to the students community and found common patterns. Good numbers of respondents use mobile apps to organize their life, most set both short term and long term, and many of respondents have had mentors. Our team that work together uses these information that is required for supporting online students community that shares resources in order to help one another achieve their goals.

We have the donors who keep putting funds along with that we have the participant registration fee. Further we are also approaching the individual and corporate donors for getting national and international fund.
