Let children teach

Let children’s teach each other, the teacher should facilitate and foster the process giving the starting point.

Teaching children is being a one way process since ever; the aim was making sure that children were able to repeat what they have “learnt” , without having any concern about the process and the impact in their lives. 

Children have and amazing capacity to learn anything and the way we teach and the way they learn may determine their future personality and success in life. They learn by example and by teaching. So if teachers just focus in delivering the first content by video and then use the class time to organize the knowledge transference between them, allowing those who are better in certain topics to teach the others we are delivering a few messages:

1.- The more advanced children help the others and they reach the results together.

2.- The teacher, who in fact is their model, facilitate the process and help to clarify concepts and give ideas.

3.- THey will develop their imagination and resources when they teach others at the same time as they consolidate their knowledge.

This is just a process, a way of approaching the learning systems from a different perspective.

THe use of any kind of technology can be used to help the process; probably the learning process could be spread by internet to other children communities.

Make a trial in different type of schools and at different level of education and maturity.

My vision it to spread the system in all the education community changing drastically the way of learning and teaching our children. In the second stage we should probably reconsider what do we teach them. I think that there should be a global agreement in the world on how we aducate future generations, above any kind of ideology 

It is an idea I deliver to see if some more prepared people would like to develop it
