Purpose” TVET System that is: Demand Delivered, Quality Based,
Effective, Efficient, Relevant, Flexible, Modular Respondent,
Accessible, Affordable, Accountable and Sustainable in order to fulfill
its general obligations towards the society.

My selection is to provide a set of guidelines for Technical and Vocational Education and Training TVET policy covering the Objectives and Principles, Contents and Structures, Development and Improvement of TVET and TVET Institutions. By TVET Institution, we mean any TVET Institute, In-company / Inter-company TVET Centre or TVET School.
