Corpers Academy School Limited is Finding technology-based solutions that ensure all primary and secondary school learners have access to quality, safe, and equitable learning environments by increasing the engagement of learners in remote, hybrid, and physical environments, including strategies and tools for parental support, peer interaction, and guided independent work; Enabling access to quality learning experiences in low-connectivity settings; Ensuring the physical safety and mental health of learners and support teachers to adapt their pedagogy, facilitate personalized instruction, and communicate with students and their families in remote and hybrid settings

Public schooling for young children is not widely provisioned in Nigeria, and this has driven the development of low-cost Affordable Private Schools” called Corpers Academy Schools Limited where low-income families can send their children for a small fee. The infrastructure for these affordable private schools is deeply fragmented and informal, resulting in limited standardization and overall poor quality of service delivered. The curriculum is often ill-suited and not conducive to learning for such young children, impeding their cognitive and emotional development and failing to equip them with the essential skills to go on and thrive in their education.

Corpers Academy focuses on four domains – cognitive, social, emotional and metacognitive learning, taking a holistic approach to learning.it hopes to provide an affordable, and personalized learning plan so that this demographic can gain the confidence and become affluent in their interested area of study

Corpers Academy School Limited has developed age-appropriate, activity-based-learning that provides consistency and quality across Affordable Private Schools to overcome the growing learning crisis in developing countries, particularly Nigeria, Corpers Academy school Limited is personalized, blended online & offline learning experience in the atmosphere of Nigeria.  Incorporating public, private and valuable community resources, learners will be provided with the expertise and the support that they need to reach their full potentials.  Through online courses, webinars, videos, podcasts, e-libray and a customized app, our students will be able to access the necessary online resources at their convenience to accommodate their personal lives.

Corpers Academy  aims to aid the existing issue of lack of education with our population.72% of Native Northern state of Nigerian youth and young adults are not provided post secondary education in their communities, and most of them end on the bottom half of the socio-economic ladder.  Corpers Academy School Limited hopes to provide an affordable, technology-based solutions  and personalized learning plan so that this demographic can gain the confidence and become affluent in their interested area of study. Corpers Academy also try to  channel impact on  target beneficiaries  through the increased quality of affordable early childhood education, benefitting the children of low-income families, It will take its activity-based learning program to affordable private schools(APS) in Nigeria and improves the classroom learning environment, teacher and management capacity and ultimately learning outcomes for students of low income family in the pre-primary, primary  and secondary grades..
With the infrastructure and digitalization  for these affordable private schools, the service to be rendered to this low income families and Orphans will result in unlimited standardization and overall best quality of service delivered.

Our problem,solution and our target population are aligned with the goals of the challenge- how the young learners have access to quality, safe, and equitable learning environments.Our solution covers the education aspect of Native Northern state of Nigerian youth as young adults are not provided post secondary education in their communities,and we are committed to the well being of our youth as they grow through their young adult years.The target population are the young adults who do not pursue post-secondary education.Corpers Academy School Limited is a post-secondary education option available to encourage our emerging generation to reach their full potential. 

The stage of development I selected above is accurate because Our solution covers the education aspect of our Native Northern youth community, and we are committed to the well being of our youth as they grow through their young adult years.  The target population are the young adults who do not pursue post-secondary education. Corpers Academy School Limited encourages our  emerging generation to reach their full potential. 

What makes Corpers Academy so innovative is the flexibility in the curriculum development and its blended learning techniques.  Learners are encouraged to explore various areas of study and pairing each student with a corresponding mentor will ensure that they remain on track with their online studies as well as meeting criteria towards their goals in a timely manner.  Moreover, a mentorship from someone in a specific field of study, will serve as an invaluable resource to learn first-hand and real-life skills.  The blended learning is an appealing form of education that will encourage hands-on learners, who may have been discourages from their former school systems.  Having a balance in curriculum is crucial to shape well rounded individuals, and to allow for their full potentials to emerge during the process.  

We currently are serving 60 learners as our soft-launch pilot project. By end of 2021 as our launch year, we plan to keep enrollment between 60-100 learners to provide maximum quality during our developmental stages.  The first three years will be similar so that we can provide detailed learning experiences.  Expansion during this time will be at most 200-250 active participants.  Once we have established a refined technique, we will open it up to thousands of learners. 

This measurement will build off the success and learning from the Corpers Academy School Limited  evaluation processes. In the first year we will develop a logic model to identify quantitative and qualitative indicators to demonstrate successful advancement of our short-, intermediate-, and long-term outcomes for change at the individual, organizational, community, and systems levels for our theory of change over the five-year grant period. The evaluation design will apply mixed methodologies to capture and share qualitative case studies of significant developments across the life of the grant. We also plan to co-create a publicly available dashboard to track indicators in real time, building off past efforts to share and interact with locally available, disaggregated data. We also anticipate the need for our evaluation to be flexible and adaptable. We will likely employ performance monitoring to ensure the quality of our progress and employees; process evaluation to map the strategy impact; and outcome evaluation to be sure that our model is regenerative.

Our team is well-positioned to deliver this solution because of the successful track record of creating and developing innovative education programs.  Within out team, one of our members started the first Educational-focused public charter school (PK-12) since 2000. Enrollment is 80+% of Native Northerner.  Moreover, this school was able to obtain the WASC- Accreditation.  Other team members have business backgrounds and can provide administrative support.  Our software developer is highly skilled in the creating and deployment of our online learning management systems.  As a team, we cover all aspects to have a successful launch this fall 2021.

An ideal partner in this solution will be able to provide technological support for our program in coding, software development, and handing front and back-end programing to help us create the optimum and functioning learning management system.  Although our team has the basic skills in this area, we could benefit from having another resource to seek advice in efficiency to complete this task.

Although we do not have any specific organizations in mind, our team is willing to extend our reach to groups that might have this specialized skill.  Having a partner that could contribute to our solution will allow for more learners to be attracted to our solution in the long-run.  By making a learning management system that is first, user friendly, we will be able to retain and encourage our learners to complete this program
