SCR (Student Comprehensive Register)

Learning Needs, Burning out Easily, Parental Support, Discipline, Academic Development, Skill Based Improvement, IQ and EQ level.

While we prepare student’s SCR then as per its analysis report, we could work on those deficient areas or strong areas that we will get outstanding results.

It is exactly like CPT in medical field, this SCR can also be shared to the banked schools and the other institutions who are seeking the candidates for employment or research one, in future so that they can get all the information easily.

what I observe in my last 20 years in the field of education that every school  student as well as parents suffering this common problem that what is there in their child and then how will it work.

almost entire the students are affected of this problem.

Three Major Factors in which we trace out students:

Discipline, Parental Support and Overall Development.

In any school where you are dealing children, then you have to prepare them for future selections, then the main task is to keep them in Discipline, what kind of Family Environment and Support they are getting at home and third is their Overall Development. All these factors will have to be studied in detail, and how their effects have been on the development on them.

Keeping these factors in mind, I planned to create an innovative and observational based Student Comprehensive Register (SCR) of every child.

3-Major Factors further categorized into few Sub Factors: 

Discipline: Routine, Ambition, Early Getup Schedule, Preparation(Prep) to accept the Challenge, and Confession of Mistakes.

Parental Support and School Environment: Brief History of Family, Intellectual Factor.

Overall Development: Health and Nutrition Protocol, Cognitive Development, Emotional Development, Language Development, Skill Development and Mental Development.

Just as doctors prepared CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) for a patient in the medical field, I got an idea that this can be a meaningful experiment/ study in the field of education as well. Which I scrutinize as SCR (Student Comprehensive Register).

Children do not know the value of time, their routines are disorganized because the guardians are very passive, the children want to live in the present rather than the future, confession of mistakes is zero and confidence level is high even without having rich source of information.

Family environment and support is nothing because everyone is running for wealth but not health and mental support, they do not have a time for child and school both and their mental state has become such that they have outsourced the institution.

So, this SCR will help not only them but as well as school, students and next organizations to get the entire details about the child in which they can work for desirable outputs.

I select this age group because they are the growing child who learn all the good and bad from the society and then return those same things to the society in future.

I implemented this in my last K12 CBSE School, not fully as I presented with SOLVE but partially with my workforce and i got its outstanding outcomes in discipline, school environment and academic . The course of action especially 9-12 standard students.

Just like CPT has been a successful experiment for patients, SCR will also be a successful experiment in future as well for children because we will have all the information about children's growth, quality and demise, success and failure that can be worked on deeply. And any research organization or job organization will be able to take appropriate decisions.

no one because currently directly i am not serving any organization.

this SCR is unique and innovative and conceptually I personally got its very positive results. with few number of factors i had implemented it in my last school and I got its outstanding outcomes. 

this same ill try to implement in my next organization with complete factors and zeal. 

generally it is exclusively for K12 students. so team will be depended of classes and students in an organization.

I am the only who can lead the team but as per the 3-major factors and their rest sub factors I will be needed the isolated those factor's exerts who can work with students personally and collect their research data.

like: Physical Expert,  Cultural Expert, Subject Expert, Class Teacher, Counselor and Mental Health Expert, Pedagogy Expert, Psychiatrist, Nutrition Expert and Language Expert. Their experience in between 5-10 years minimum. 

My Strategies for leadership are Strategy Customization, Mutual Discussion, Fine Recruitment and Selection Process, Follow-up the Candidate once Joined, High Performance Leadership Development, Impact and Matrices of Policies, Make everyone feel valued, Educate the Leaders, Hold More-Effective Meetings, Build the Partnerships and find Opportunities, Self-awareness, Build the Trust, Support Mechanism, Conflict Resolutions, Human Relations, and Grievance Handling.

solve is one of the credible organization who is well known across the globe for their quality education, research and recent innovative ideas. Through this unique and innovative idea of mine, this campaign should get more fame and its acceptance should be in the whole world.

what i feel in may last 20 years of my educational field experiences that each organization deal the children in common view. We look at every child with the same eyes and then they use the same honorable methods on it. Which is sheer injustice. Physically, even if every child is a physically same, but mentally every child is completely different, so why the same theory is adopted.

Just as we cannot climb an elephant's child on a tree even after a million attempts, in the same way we cannot adopt the same rules on every child, because every child is different, mentally its species is different.

It is very important to identify their strengths and shortcomings and act on them. Only then will we be able to get positive results in future. The ancient tradition of India, Gurukul must have been working on the same principles.

I have also made a difficult and long-term effort in the same direction and have included all those factors in my experiment. so that a complete quality analysis of a child can be done.

This idea of mine is not only a solution to the problems of the present, but it can be used for the whole story of that child in the future.

This is an innovative, unique and self developed idea. that is still not disclosed and implemented officially in any organization.

still this idea in on paper and pen only but in future with the collaboration of good organizations, it will be make enabled with the latest technologies to reduces its times consuming and widely accepted.
