the target is to convince the families that schools ,knowledge ,is necessary for the long term of the future of their children ,instead of temporary small money from the work in the plantations;it's very hard to explain to them because sometimes the price of vanilla or cocoa beans is increasing ,then little bit more money to get but not regularly;
then we must build:
*minimum primary schools infrasructures
*tools for the kids ( schoolbags,pens,blackboards, tables,chairs,sports)
* water,garden to grow vegetables,beans for food
that's summary;then there would not to many gaps between the life of those children in the remote area and those who are in te cities who know what is a TV ,what's a computer?the UNICEF children rights is far away;
we would start with five villages ,in three districts,each village with around four hundreds (400) children; the community will see the impact of the program so I think they will invest themselves for the other villages in the middle of nowhere;it's surprising that international organizations are not really involved in children rights,particularly about child labor;here in Madagascar;in one of the villages where we want to create a project,children are breaking rocks,stones,to get pebbles for ingineering civil or building construction,i.e. they are human crushers because private companies can't afford to buy mechanic crushers;you know Madagascar is classified among the poorest countries in the world even you heard there ' gold traffic illegaly by the dinausorus;
so we have to pull of those children from the plantations and rocks fields,
the first way to attract the kids and convince the parents is to build schools,supply water drinkable and small agricultural activities to get food;
next it's he parents duty in the community to manage the infrastructures and for other expenses like teachers' salary,office accessories;
at the beginning there are necessary costs,for schoolbags,uniforms,copybooks,sports tools;here in the country,there' s "two speeds education ",one for the big cities or the capital city where pupils have access to computers or TV series in freshh classrooms and on the other hand the majoriy,in the rural areas, marginalized;
as mentioned above,the population concerned is the children in the remote area;your question would be:why does'nt the government take care of the situation? the majority is not educated,the farmers far away who don't participate entirely to the national electoral debates,votes;but the people who have got instructions ,political leaders,are in the big cities ,so the government has to butter the up to prepare the folllowing elections;
so,we have to rely upon the internationa foundations to change the life of those farmers and we hope this SOS would 'nt be a bottle thrown in the sea;

we try to be as objective as possible;then a problem solving is objective ,going on a logical way if there are measurables indicators in the questions and also measurable indicators in the outcome in order to check after feedback if the beneficiaries are satisfied wth the results;
i think it's the case in my program;i can create a two-dimensions board where mentioned data measurables BEFORE, DURING and END of the project so that all stakeholders can visualize and comment and to be or not to be !

i was maths teacher with the national education of Djibouti republic during 15 (fifteen years),i visited Ethiopia primary schools far away behind the mountains,in the Oromo region ;

my solution would be profitable to the poor ccuntries where child labor abused is still present illegally;it's the strategy;at first,nothing new,but in details I propose an original approach because my program will focus in the middle of nowhere,usually ngos prefer work in or around cities where are already accomodations which provide less expenses;then ,in the remote area that needs more costs;but honestly,if the funding isn't enough ,nobody would engage;

I have been in Djibouti during 25 (twenty five) years ;refugees flee from Ethiopia,Somalia ;there's UNHCR office in Djibouti; as I know some English language like now,they asked me to write their "case" to be eligible to fly in western countries;they have to lie to get chance;for exeample they say they were sexualy abused ,tortures in the prisons;an employee of UNHCR told them "we know thet you lie but we need strong lie "!!! there was also corruption from UNHCR employees;you know that's western countries teach the poor countries corruption;corruption isn't invention of poor countries;
then many of those refugges are now in Canada,USA, many of them where my former students;but I'm still in a poor country!Unimaginable!In Djibouti ,thre's still a refugee camp, but I don't think there's a good quality of education;the first reason is corruption;
