How to help puerperal women back to workplace?
- Pre-Seed
I propose governments to set up a program to provide free training for puerperal women in order to help them gain cutting-edge technology and adjust their work again.
Government should set up a program for puerperal women and give them certification if they pass the exam in 6 month after their complete their courses. Also, in an attempt to grarantee qualified women can back to their workplace, government should only provide this free program to companies which promise to allow their female employees back to the position before their delivery once they get the certification.
Many companies dismiss puerperal women because the employers think these women's knowledge do not match the current technology. This solution provides path for puerperal women back to their position successfully by offering free training program to help their skill match to the current technology. In addition, this solution eliminates the phenomenon that puerperal women was dismissed only because their gender. Almost all companies would like to enjoy this free training program, but companies should promise to allow puerperal women back to their position after these women get certification from this program.
With this program, more women will join work again after delivery. Many women can continue their work or researches after delivery because they can be rehired to the origin companies once they finish the douses and get certifications from the program. Puerperal women do not need to stay at home but pursue their dream again with the help of this program.
Many puerperal women stay at home and give up their careers because they are fired by their original companies. Companies do not want to employ these women because of two main reasons.
First, companies think puerperal women's knowledge is out-dated and they are unable to match the current technology.
Second, some companies fire puerperal women because of their bias that puerperal women cannot do well in work places, which is really unfair.
My proposal can deal with the two main reasons of companies firing puerperal women.
First, women can gain up-dated technology and knowledge by taking the couses provided by this free training program. After this training, women are up to their jobs.
Second, companies cannot reject qualified puerpectual women if these companies want governments offer this free training program to their female employees.
In this way, qualified puerperal women can pursue their works and advance in their careers.
More women can join work and pursue their jobs after delivery.
Survey among companies - Most companies have female workers
Government receives less complain about losing jobs of puerperal women on websites. - Few women complain about losing jobs after delivery

We asked reasons about losing work of many puerperal women who were fired by companies and we find some companies to ask them how can they accept puerperal women.
1. Some puerperal women do not work hard when they back to companies and eventually are fired by employers.
2. Some companies follow the requirement suoerfitically but they do not give meaningful work to women back to the companies.
