In the school I.E.Chujai Anag Ukumcham in the community of Wawaim, Amazonas, Peru there are 63 students, with the pandemic 55 of them can't have online classes because of the Wi-Fi connection and the access to technology devices.
Our solution to this problem is to covert all the lessons that they have to take in guides that can be printed and sent to their homes, after a period receive the feedback. Also, to bring the interaction of the students to technology closer, creates a virtual classroom in the community to bring the students and their families, close and educated about the new technologies.
This solution can change the life of a community. The students will be able their education guarantee and the access to new knowledge with the technologies together with their families.
In Amazonas, the access to internet is only the 29.3% of all the homes and 28.7% of the total of schools, but, we have a specific actual problem. In the community of Wawaim in Amazonas, Perú. The access to the internet and technology devices are limited, only 20% of the community have internet access. With the pandemic, the 63 students in high school received semi face to face classes, they had work from home and face to face classes, but with the increase of the numbers of Covid-19 cases in the community all the classes past to be virtual classes, but, 55 of the students are not available to receive this online classes because 1. They don't have technology devices 2. They don't know how to use these devices. For that reason, they need to have remote guides of their lesson to learn and a new environment to learn about these technologies with devices, to know all the knowledge they can catch by this way.
Our solution is focus first in guarantee the lessons for the students of I.E.Chujai Anag Ukumcham with the creation of effective guides to their classes, the training for the teachers that will do the guides, create a efective system. And, the creation of a face to face virtual classroom to have computers that the community will able to access to learn about them and the knowledge they can catch for their for they life, in and out of their community. We will use technology in the planing (computers, programs, printed), in the implementation and the supervision, also is important to say is a opportunity for the community to started in the knowledge of new technologies.
The high school students in I.E.Chudai Ang Ukumcham at the moment can't have their classes because of the internet connection and the access to technology devices. In the short term they need to have guaranteed their school development, they are impressive students, proud of their community, curious to learn to acquire and more knowledge to help their families and community, but currently their don't have the opportunity to develop more their skills because of the limitation of the environment where they actually live, with the forget of the government. In the long term, we want them to have a constant education in new technologies, to achieved that, the beginning will be the virtual classroom to started learning these new technologies for them.
We know their necessities because we work with them every day, we have two professionals of Enseña Peru as teachers that we train in our Leadership Program in the high school of the community. Our professionals, know the necessities of the students, families and community because we have good relationships with them, and they see us like a partner to growth with.
The community are very open to new changes for the good development of the members, in education for the kids, the increase of the economy with new actions. The solution will be presented to the Apu who is the governor of the community to be implemented, also to the authorities of the school.

Our solution is aligned with the challenge, because we want to create a system that works for the students and the teachers with the objective to guarantee their classes and avoid the recess of the learning, also we want to generate new knowledge and education with new technology for them, because we know is the knowledge they will need to perform better in their lives.
We want to give the access they need in base of their necessities and the inputs we have in the community, to don't stop learning and open new opportunities.

We choose that stage because we are a sustainable organization since 2009. In the 2021 we are present in more than 11 Peru regions, one of them is Amazonas. Since more than 2 years ago, we have one of our programs in the high school of the Wawaim community in Amazonas, two professional of Enseña Perú (teachers) they are working for a better education, we want to take our contribution to another level and the actual situation is a good opportunity to reaffirm our commitment with them, guarantee their continuity of the education and educating in new important skills.

Our solution is innovate because it will be sustainable in the time. Will be focus to implement a new system for the remote classes and in the long term give the necessary tools to the community to develop the new technology and knowledge they will need. Also it is innovate because born from the real actual, potent and future necessities of the Wawaim community for the youngest and older.

The solution will serve directly to 55 students of Wawaim, Amazonas.In one year will serve 118 students of Wawaim and 700 persons meaningfully.
In five years will serve 313 students of Wawaim and all of the community.
Our measures are the followed one:
1. Numbers of people good impacted.
2. The increase of the number of people using technology devices.
3. Numbers of students completely able to take classes.
4. Numbers of family with knowledge of technology.
5. Development of the financial activities, consequence of the use of the new technology and access to new resources.

Out objectives relationships with equitve, diverse and inclusive team are the followed ones:
1. Number of selected for the leadership program (170 goal of selected to have 120 Professionals from Enseña Peru)
2. 30% of the selected professionals from Enseña Peru are authorized to adjudicate with the state.
3. Attraction model design for the program ¡Qué Maestro! That allows an increase in the number of registrants (analyze if it focuses on regions or ecosystems).
