Once an audit of Federal, State and Local Educational Departments & Districts is conducted and revamped, we can move on to the implementation of education with students being in old school rooms and buildings less and less.

Android, internet & Blockchain can change the way we educate our children and the effectiveness will be so rapid it will be unbelievable (with the right people in charge)

Prepare students homes and the schools for the delivery of programs by modern communication methods.

By reducing waste, budgets and tax money will become more available to divert the old ways of spending into the new ways
