Identify (Determine & limit the disease risk pool & spill over risk), such as: Genomic data to predict emerging risk, Early warning through ecological, behavioural & other data, Intervention/Incentives to reduce risk for emergency & spill over
Respond (Decrease transmission & spread), such as: Optimal preventive interventions & uptake maximization, Cutting through “infodemic” & enabling better response, Data-driven learnings for increased efficacy of interventions
Nature based solutions for energy, food, and shelter safety and security needs.
Recover (Improve health & economic system resilience), such as: Best protective interventions, especially for vulnerable populations, Avoid/mitigate negative second-order consequences, Integrate true costs of pandemic risk into economic systems
I propose continuous volunteering (mass testing or vaccination) to be open to every one who is willing to participate in testing or vaccination (digital tracing and report results). There can be better awareness, detection and monitoring of symptoms of COVID19 and almost everyone who comes can have an opportunity to be seen by a nurse, doctor or a healthcare volunteer who can attend to everyone who needs help without having the high cost or treatment required for symptoms of COVID19.
People with or without conditions can seek professional advice, and be more confident to pursue a more healthy lifestyle with a better diet (sometimes following dietician advice), a more relaxed environment for rest and sleep and follow a more moderate exercise routine.
With local emergency services, a better prediction of weather, information of community and natural disasters, more local and regional community services can be requested to treat and mitigate possible community arising urgent needs.
