The solution proposes  secure and Optimal healthcare Interventions through AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence). It is a data-centric, systemic and systematic healthcare life-cycle (Problem identification, solution pathways and evaluation mechanisms) pathways tool on cloud environment. It equips both, public and private healthcare systems/actors/first respondents with the required disease surveillance mechanisms and diagnosis to protect individuals and communities from mitigating and handling  ill-health consequences and disease outbreaks. It also parallely and ultimately leads them towards cure and prevention of diseases and holistic health.

Globally, it will positively impact individuals, communities with sound health which is the greatest wealth, making nations to thrive.

World over, 3 billion lives are impeded due to Non-Communicable (NCDs) and Communicable diseases like the global emergency of double burden of malnutrition (Obesity and Undernourishment), poor environmental conditions (Malaria, Hepatitis B, TB). Each year, NCDs account for 41mn or 71% global deaths, 85% premature deaths (aged 30-69 yrs) or 13mn are from low and middle-income countries.

The SARS/CoV-2 outbreak has further worsened the situation of people suffering from these diseases. COVID-19 has clearly shown that around 96% (across nations) of the infected had at least one comorbidity (Cardiovascular diseases, Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension) with the average person having 3.4 diseases. Deeper into pandemic crisis, studies are revealing the deleterious impacts on these neglected diseases. Now, the post/long COVID studies are pointing towards complications of such underlying conditions and irreversible impacts which are pushing people into vicious cycle of life- stunting lives and progress of a nations as a whole.

Lack of data and interventions support at the right time are the factors for today's health status of the world. Our tool will address these with AI/ML technology and systemic process on cloud environment in real time for global holistic health. 

The tool's primary aim is to turnaround the healthcare landscape towards holistic health for global Good health and wellbeing. In simpler terms, our unique value proposition lies with working in places and communities with no healthcare data and access and parallely follow-up on the processes that need to be changed for the developed world’s holistic health as well.

The tool will work for Problem/Disease identification, analyses it for the solution pathways, determines for the optimal and priority healthcare intervention/s and also evaluates the progress from time to time. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) will be impact evaluation benchmark designed as part of the tool.

This will be done through first-hand health data collection in the places with no healthcare access if possible and/or through analysis of socioenvironmental data- the tool's unique multidimensional data setting structure. 

Simply put, it is cloud based secure AI systemic and systematic tool for policy and practice decision-making, implementation and evaluation leading the world towards holistic health.

Our immediate target population are people living in slums, low-income/migrant workers, vulnerable pregnant women and adolescent girls in India, Least Developing countries, Small Island Developing Countries, Land Locked Developing Countries who do not have income, health and social security.

We will be collecting raw data from these individuals through  screening tests for diseases and also understand the Socio Environmental (SE)determinants from the  individuals and the community. This data will allow the tool to process for the best optimal interventions that would address the immediate/emergency health concerns of both the individual and community and also mitigate and combat any future risks associated with them.

Effectively, it will provide healthcare access and enables a healthy environment to progress productively so that they lead a safe, secure, happy and prosperous life.

Holisitc Healthcare being the goal, this solution will be addressing all the related aspects that lead to Good Health and Wellbeing. It promisingly aligns with 3 of the 4 challenge dimensions.

• It equips the healthcare providers with the right tools and mechanisms to detect and respond effectively.
• Strengthens disease surveillance, early warning predictive systems, and other data systems to detect, slow, or halt future disease outbreaks.
• Addresses mental impacts of the disease outbreaks as well.

Proof of concept stage is the accurate description. We have conceptually conceived and methodologically verified the various stages of tool development. The tool is basically modelled with our experience on systemic modelling (SENSE) and research work of Socioenvironmental Determinants. The complexity of the problem is varying and changing so we also need adaptive solutions, where AI/ML Reinforcement technology can effectively deal with the dynamic and complex healthcare environment. 

Holistic and Priority-Setting in healthcare are two unique approaches for universal health justice themselves. Its combination will have profound impact on setting proactive, resilient health systems for a healthier (sustainable) blue planet.

Multidimensional Health knowledge/data with systemic conditions reinforcement structure and determination the Socio Environmental Determinants for Health and Well-being is unique selling point of this tool. This approach acts as a catalytic process for understanding the causes interrelations/complexities of the problems, determining the solutions and also evaluating the impact of the new interventions/solutions. 

We see this solution to transform the healthcare  landscape of policies, products and  orient  public and private action towards sustainability transitions that lead to good health and living standards.

For instance, nutrition standards for food industries and good environmental practices to reduce pollution by industries. Such actions will translate to a fair playing field where the vulnerable will have access to nutritious food, safe and secure environment and decent living standards. These will directly and positively impact for good health and productivity. 

We are currently in the proof-of concept stage.

In the next one year we aim to serve atleast 1 million people with vaccination prioritization and community level interventions for Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Group (PVTGs) in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh and slums and migrant workers in Chennai and Visakhapatnam, India.

Next 3-5 years- Aim is to address 200 million people. Will cover 2 states in India and Least Developed Countries (LDCs). The data we gain from the deployment of tool in the most pressing conditions, will be shared on the cloud for the world to better recognise, understand the global health problems and determine the most optimal interventions.

Quality Life is the key indicator of success.

It will reflect as low disease burden, low healthcare costs (Public and individual). Policy and practice orienting to Sustainability transitions that lead to good health with tool's help will effect transformative changes.

Our plan of action, in the first year is to have an organizational strength with around 10 people (7 technical). The tool will be developed with collaboration through our associates (universities and institutions). Data/knowledge collection will be outsourced but our unique systemic data collection sheets will be prepared by us.

The team is being formed with changemakers who belive in the power of unlocking good health and wellbeing and human capabilities. Mostly importantly, have multidimensional understanding of the related causes (health, education, equality, decent living standards, freedom of speech)  to achieve sustainability equity. 

Infact, the tool is being built in such a way that all these will be analysed with first hand information from the community individuals itself in the form of Socioenvironmental determinants (People, communities, environment peace and partnership). 

To make these functionalities in the tool robust we come with the varied experiences of formal and informal educational settings and different cultures and backgrounds with one mission of setting the right pathways with an AI tool being the greatest equalizer.

This tool aims to be the world's go-to solution for holistic healthcare. As the tool's technology approach of reinforcement leaning, we choose our organizational process to be efficient and dynamic and it will based on a dynamic reinforcement and lean structure. This needs  multidimensional approaches and collective actions at every juncture of the tool's life-cycle process from setup to decision-making through implementation and evaluation. We will be needing systemic and systematic support for Human resources, financial, legal, technology regulatory partners from whole-of society ( subject experts, corporates, NGOs/NPOs, institutions/government).

Our core concept is of Universal healthcare.   Our check points prioritize for the vulnerability of diseases and access to healthcare for the vulnerable population, with special focus on women, infants, adolescent girls. We believe that setting the health of a woman leads to a healthy family and increase in productive work days that reflects as thriving nations. 

The prize amount will be used to bring about holistic health landscape in   the US Healthcare  policy and practice system.  We believe that a small shift/policy nudge in healthcare thinking practices in the USA will bring about positive and lasting changes in the world for the good of all. A very important step for building Health of Nations.

In pursuit of this, our data centric and community based tool will act  in high end and vulnerable community/areas on the specific socioenvironment structures for turning around the lifestyle diseases, opioid crisis-mental health aspects of addiction and depressive behaviors.

Being a woman myself, I believe that Women Empowerment  is the way to a thriving and happy world. It is they who can strengthen not just ours but even the future generations.

The first and foremost step for this is lead them to holistic health. Its only with sound health can they lead towards progress. Our healthcare cloud based AI tool specifically focuses on women, adolescent girls and maternal healthcare support and access.

We will use this prize amount on giving importance to their health as a good practice that women need to develop which otherwise they clearly neglect. We will do this by providing with both disease and mental healthcare access.
