: Mostly people do physical yog to fit their mind stability level...it is good...no doubt...but we people teaches about mental yog...this will give power to mind directly...Blood circulation can be cured by physical yog but feeling of fear or uncertainty  can only be cured by mental yog (Or Raajyog)...The solution we are offering to Humanity...it will be beneficial for everone on this Earth means target of us is not limited to some area, cast or community...we work for all humans of this world because we see all as a World Family.

: Ours solution is designed to solve on going challenge of stress created by Covid...As stress is increased...then fear and uncertainty also increase...these two factors give birth to loss of courage...of anyone...To increase courage level...of humans...we people are working day and night.
