Economic empowering and capacity building of women will increase access to livelihood opportunities, jobs, and income. This will be realized through the proposed income generating projects which can also increase women’s economic empowerment, to the extent that the choices regarding infrastructure, assets, and income-generating activities respond to the needs of both men and women. Once realized the proposed projects can also improve access to services such as education and health, in ways that are particularly beneficial to women and children and generate substantial time savings for women.

DUE TO THE OUTBREAK OF COVID 19 PANDEMIC THE WORLD AS RUN UNDER ECONOMIC BREAKDOWN AND LOSS OF MANY LIVES AS A RESULT OF COVID 19 ESPECIALLY FOR PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM OTHER DISEASES LIKE HIV/AIDS, AGED AND CAREGIVERS. THROUGH MY ORGANIZATION WE HAVE MANAGED TO COUNSELLING AND SETTING GOOD MEASURES FOR HIGH RISK PEOPLE WHO CAN GET COVID 19 EASILY AND SPREAD IT WIDE.  JJ CYBER HAS ALSO INTRODUCED THE MAKING OF HAND SANITIZERS AND WASHING SOAP. WE OFFER TRAINING FOR THEM AND EMPOWER THEM BY SIMPLY CHANGING OF THEIR STATUS FROM POVERTY DURING COVID 19 AND SEE IT AS JUST NORMAL LIFE AS THEY CAN NOW BE ABLE TO MAKE AND SANITIZERS TO EARN A LIVING AND ALSO USED THEM TO PROTECT THEMSELVES TOO.

Empower the participants on income generating activities, start-up and management of the same. This  help to address poverty in the targeted families and improve on their livelihoods by equipping them with the necessary skills.

Empower the participants on the best ways of improving and managing their income generating activities. This  help in expanding their businesses i.e. the hand sanitizers, soap making, Mask making etc.

Formation of groups to help on checking and monitoring each other’s progress. Working in teams also help putting accountability on check.

Enhance and strengthen the participants’ knowledge and skills.

Most people mainly HIV/AIDS culprits,caregivers, orphans , vulnerable  and  those who are illiterate experience acute economic violence which includes but not limited to access to funds and credit; controlling access to health care, employment, education, including agricultural resources; excluding from financial decision making; and discriminatory traditional laws on inheritance, property rights, and use of communal land. Sadly, economic violence results in deepening poverty and compromises educational attainment and developmental opportunities for women. This problem has is evident in the communities of Mombasa and where JJ CYBER  operates hence the need to empower women and youths on entrepreneurship to improve their status  during this pandemic disease and give them a hope and voice .                                             

Since Buxton is a remote area which is believed to carry 42 tribes in Kenya its also surrounded with Two " Moroto" The  Low class people who only believe on hand to mouth. The population is very high and its also full of old age people and HIV/AIDS victims. The area has suffered a lot especially since the outbreak of the pandemic disease covid 19. JJ Cyber has feel pity and look away to help out to prevent more deaths and at the same time create a source of income for some families i.e training them and providing a small capital for starting hand sanitizers business and also looking the market on their behalf.

5 PEOPLE

JJ CYBER has a team of 5 groups  who participate in different field according to their field of education.

 Accountant : She empowered carers are setting up and managing income generating activities and subsidizing family financial incomes.

The carers experiencing less stress due to general support from Clear Kenya.

Pastor :For Improved communication with the affected children and the carers in the community.

A network of carers and support groups established.

Outline activities to be implemented to further the set objectives.

1. Mapping of the target area, identify the beneficiaries compile registers and open files for each.
2. Data analysis and verification of the beneficiaries.
3. Mobilization of the target group.
4. Workshop – empower the carers on Income Generating Activities (IGA) & Entrepreneurship.
5. Sanitizers making  – group formation
6. Train on savings mobilization and credit management
7. Evaluation and Monitoring.

Due to lack of enough fund to cover or to reach out many people in the area especially the targeted group. I would wish to have a support so that many people can also benefit from this project since it is just a willing thing which I do with the little a got from my Cyber business near this remote area. I would also wish you to participate either directly on the field or indirectly to support more people and save life of many

Since the training and the little support are coming from well wishers. I would also like to work together with people willing to do out of their heart with no expectation but wait for their rewards from God.

Any Body willing and ready to work with me are all welcomed as long as it has no effects on human life but promote the well -being of other low class people for better future.
