Healthify - The Self Care Headgear

The Corona Virus situation has overwhelmed healthcare system and the situation is difficult for health care workers as they stay at high risk everyday which brings us to the idea of giving NURSES SUPEROWERS by which they can monitor the patient's condition without going into the close proximity of the patient. 

Also, there is lack of human resources in medical staff. With this rapid increase in covid-19 cases, hospital do not have enough human resources to tackle such a situation. With healthify a single nurse can monitor hundred patients at a single time.

As I named the product at the start, healthify: the self care headgear, patients will be given individual headgears, which they can apply on their head, and the device along with sensors will help monitor the patient's vitals remotely and also take the precautionary measures in advance based on the health analysis if needed.

In the situation we are in since March 2020 ,that was the corona virus year , if I must say so,  it has affected more than 155 million people till date .This situation has overwhelmed healthcare system and the situation is difficult for health care workers as they are advised to take appropriate precautions to avoid getting in direct contact with the patient. 

Doctors and nurses work round the clock in close proximity to the patients which increase the spread of the corona virus to them as well. Doctors and nurses stay at high risk everyday which brings us to the idea of giving NURSES SUPEROWERS. 

If we consider the current situation a nurse takes 5 minutes to monitor a single patient which results in approximately checking 10 to 12 patients in an hour. With healthify a single nurse can monitor hundred patients at a single time.

The complete medical fraternity, patients and even normal human being will be helped by this device.

The product idea healthify revolves around giving nurses super powers that is they can monitor the patient's condition without even going into the close proximity of the patient. Process:

1. Patients wear the headgear and place their right index finger on forehead

2. Our device will sense and values will be stored in database

3. The data fetched in sent into the database and published on the website as hospital login and user login

4. Users and hospitals can also analyse past health records

5. Message will be sent to authorized person's phone

1. Sensors Used: SPO2 sensor, MLX90614 IR Temp Sensor, Max 30100 Pulse sensor, AD8232 ECG monitor sensor,  NodeMCU

2. Backend and Frontend: Arduino IDE, MySQL, PHP, XAMPP server, Open Web Framework

There is no such device which measures all the vital parameters which is commercially available and for someone like Apple Watch, which costs too high, the product will be available in very cheaper price
