This solution will significantly address this problem because the trend for the number of people needing physiotherapy and exercise program has been in an increase till date.
This is has a result of of the Anglophone crisis that has not only cripple the economy of the country but has left many on wheelchair, cruches, ,many disabled ,work related muscle injuries, poor ergonomics ,accidents , disease conditions and high dependant of so many people on Jung food.
Also many people are aware of the role of physiotherapy in relieving pain, stress, correcting Deformities , hence increasing the number needing physiotherapy.
Again, many people are also aware of the effect of lack of exercises, which can cause obesity, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, hence many go to the gym to exercise. Most often many of this patients prefer the gym because you don't need to bother about traffic or unpleasant weather when jogging on a treadmill or riding a stationary bike. The risk of injury is also reduce because the gym instructor tell them how to perform their chosen exercises safely and effective.
