Intellihelp Global Inc.
Intellihelp is a platform designed to helping connect persons in need with others who can give. Intellihelp was the fastest growing group within the Facebook platform in the history of Facebook outside of celebrities. Created and founded due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Intellihelp had the clear mission of helping those who need emergency food and supplies. Allowing the community to fuel itself, over 3-million meals were transferred through the platform in it's first year. Having seen success through this crowdsourced engine, Intellihelp is seeking to grow exponentially to help all of those in need across the world during times of crises. The platform has positive outcomes for both those who give and those who receive, through our engine, the people who give, have a direct view of the person they are helping. Creating a true neighbor-helping-neighbor ecosystem.
Intellihelp has over 100,000 members within it's platform thus far. Tens of thousands of people have been directly impacted through Intellihelp and primarily is operated within The United States. Intellihelp has the ability to scale internationally and wants to see the impact reach millions of people worldwide. Over three million meals and emergency supplies have been given to those within the platform, and given directly by other individuals within the platform. Pandemics, natural disasters, or just stressful times of need, Intellihelp is available for anyone in need at any point in time. Through the platform, people are able to receive help even that very night. One in four children are in need every single day, and Intellihelp is striving to help them as well anyone else who may be in need anywhere in the world. The platform calls for people who can help as well, leaving the organization to oversee what takes place within, and we see an organic process of neighbor-helping-neighbor.
Intellihelp is a digital platform/ecosystem that utilizes crowdsourcing to help those in need anywhere in the world. Intellihelp as a platfrom, uses it's marketing tactics to find those in need as well those who can give anywhere in the world. Intellihelp currently uses Facebook as it's platform to host the ecosystem. However, it is in need and searching of creating it's own application where the platform can live and thrive for the Intellihelp Community.
Absolutely anyone and everyone. Intellihelp can specifically target and campaign around helping an area as small as a zip-code if it chooses or as large as a continent. Whoever, wherever, however they are in need, Intellihelp can steer the engine/platform into the direction of impacting that specific target. We are constantly surveying the needs of specific communities and guiding the platform on how to best serve that community. Having seen natural disasters throughout the United States, we can center campaigns and draw the communities focus around those communities.
- Other
With Intellihelp being a platform, it is able to utilize it's platform for any specific need. Meaning we are able to mitigate misinformation, spread/share information helping mental health, help solve food insecurity, and provide emergency assistance during times of crises. As the platform, we are able to provide information to all of those within it, while having the community support itself.
- Scale: A sustainable enterprise working in several communities or countries that is looking to scale significantly, focusing on increased efficiency.
Intellihelp is seeking to scale its business model. With over 3-million meals/supplies through the platform, and being only funded $190,000, our average meal cost was $.06/meal. Thus bringing our average cost per meal, lower than that of Feeding America and other non-profits helping food insecurity. All while having unlimited scope and presence throughout the world.
- A new business model or process that relies on technology to be successful
There is no other non-profit organization in the world thinking the way that Intellihelp is thinking. Having created an ecosystem where those in need can freely ask for help within a platform and have a voice where their needs can be met. This crowdsourced approach will change the way for non-profits to rethink their approach when finding ways to help those in need. The intimacy and organic process that this approach creates allows the individuals to see who they are helping and how they are helping them. As opposed to going through general nonprofit procedures of giving funds directly to an organization, you are able to actually give directly to the persons in need and see their reactions as a giver.

In our first year, Intellihelp served around 80,000 individuals. Over 3-million meals were sent to people in need through our platform of people helping people. We hope to see this number grow considerably to more individuals and families across the world. We also are able to see the number of givers which was around 30,000 requests of those in need being fulfilled.
We currently measure the number of askers, givers, families, backgrounds, meals and much more.

Intellihelp has unique individuals all within different expertise areas that we all bring to the table.
The Intellihelp team will be worldwide and inclusive of all countries, cultures, backgrounds etc. Having leadership from all different countries will allow us to better understand the needs of the countries and people we are providing aid towards and communicating that information to our givers within the platform.
- Individual consumers or stakeholders (B2C)
Being an innovative nonprofit organization, Intellihelp is having trouble finding funding through the traditional sense of grants donations etc. although it's been very successful. Which is why we have turned to Solve. Solve's unique opportunity can be the solution Intellihelp needs to helping millions all over the world. We have seen the success of other crowdsourced engines such as Wikipedia, Waze etc. And believe that Intellihelp is the first organization to bring the success from those models to helping people all over the world through food insecurity and beyond.
- Technology (e.g. software or hardware, web development/design, data analysis, etc.)
As previously mentioned, the importance of the software needed to successfully expand and grow Intellihelp cannot be stressed enough. Moving to our own platform, on our own application will give us the flexibility we need in making sure those in need and those who give are all being treated properly in a way that helps grow and strengthen the community.
Intellihelp is open to any partnership.
