My Role Model

platform with all succeed women in technology role model

tell the young girls tips about their positions and how to reach such positions,and mistakes they have to avoid.

(My Role Model) is online platform , linking to number of women in technology role model and pathway of  how they reach their positions,

they will advice small girls how to start their road, how to avoid mistakes and link them with resources like( internships, fellowships, scholarships..etc).

It can scaled to cover all the world with role models from all over the world and multilanguage.

The lack of plans and strategies for young youth especially girls in third world.

I finish my BA in computer science ,spend long time to know what to do next 

looking around me , I found all my colleague in the same position ,looking for any guide for how to start business ,how to succeed in interview for jobs, how to look for scholarship or internship.

so I did some research according the situation, and found the big need for such platform ,especially for girls to believe that there are many women succeeded in such major and achieve good positions.

Secondary school: to define their major before start their university studying 

(Social media,Mobile Application, School Sessions).

BA Graduates: to define their work target or high studies target( Social Media, Website, Mobile application)

MA Graduates : to define their new vision, new target

* Using new technologies like ( social media analyzing, 

Artificial intelligence,  chatbot).

* Using new researches analyzer for develop the platform.

* Involve local carchteries,local language  for every country.

Its targets the underserved communities , whom cannot reach opportunities easily and have no mentors or supervisors to guide them during their lives.

and whom don't have role models in their community.

It will be reachable by any smartphone or desktop computers, which our target can reach in their Sports Clubs, Charity associations, leading groups that we will promote for our platform through them.

First Stage  (research ) :we funded  ourselves from our savings.

Second Stage (Pilot ): we are looking for accelerator program to cover it.

Grow:  we have to get profit from announcements and stakeholders who involve in our platform.

• Non cooperation from role models themselves.
• Non cooperation from local communities which we target to promote our platform.
• Non cooperation from companies which we depend to fund us in growth stage.
