SOLUTION
- Exercising is one of the most effective ways to prevent health problems, while this can be a solution but most individual do not know exercises that are suitable for them, we need an innovative product that will use artificial intelligence to promote inclusion for physical activity for everyone regardless of their physical status, age and medical condition, PRODUCT that will;

High level of inactivity has a huge impact both locally and globally, Over 47% of south africans are inactive and Globally 1 in 4 adults do not meet the global recommended levels of physical activity. Up to 5 million deaths a year could be avoided if the global population was more active. People who are insufficiently active have a 20% to 30% increased risk of death compared to people who are sufficiently active. Not getting enough physical activity comes with high health and financial costs. It can contribute to heart disease, type 2 diabetes, several cancers, and obesity.
People with disabilities need health and fitness programs for the same reasons anyone else does—to stay well, active, and a part of the community. we tackle following challenges for people living with disability;

We want to develop an exercise recommender system, which will accommodate people with any physical condition to participate in health and fitness industry. algorithm will use personal data(health status, age, disability status,ect) to provide exercises designed to suit individual's needs, This product will use artificial intelligence and algorithm. We would like to be considered for this prize because we are committed to reducing high chances of chronic diseases as it is one of the biggest health challenges in US and across the world by developing an exercise recommendation system that will promote inclusion for everyone, this algorithm will reduce high numbers of chronic diseases internationally.
