Teachers Mentor Teachers (TMT Program)
An experienced private school teacher can teach an underprivileged student for free without even spending extra time.
1. The Problem: Quality education is a distant dream for underprivileged students. The problem is the quality of teachers who teach those students. We cannot remove or replace a teacher easily, hence we have to keep them.
2. The Solution: There are numerous private schools in every nook and corner of most of the countries. For every school/community that teaches underprivileged students, we can find a good or moderate private school nearby. Our solution is to train the teacher by directly attaching him/her to a class that they teach. Here, the teacher has to attend the class of a private school everyday by finding some time out of his/her schedule and learn from the private school teacher. The private school teacher need not spend time to teach the teacher of underprivileged students but just to proceed with her class. This is more like an apprenticeship on part of the teacher learning from a private school teacher but without paying or being paid. We will facilitate this program by talking to good private schools to allow those teachers to learn from their teachers. This will increase the quality of the teachers thereby increasing the quality of education for underprivileged students. Most of the schools will be willing to participate in this program. We will make arrangements to donate used books to underprivileged students which makes it free of cost.
There are numerous unqualified teachers who have a passion for teaching underprivileged students, however, they lack training. The main reason is because either they are not educationally qualified or from a poor background. We will provide a platform for such teachers who have passion for teaching but lack training.
The next level of increasing the quality of education is by letting those underprivileged students to attend certain events or camps with private school students for exposure to different events/learning methodologies/behavior/talking skills etc. This can be achieved by making an MoU (TMT program) with such schools to provide a platform for such events as a gesture of charity.
3. How will the Solution change the world: Today's students are tomorrows leaders. What we teach them defines what they become. It has been found that most of the criminals/anti-social elements are from a poor background who lack basic education. Juvenile criminals are on the rise due to lack of proper education among underprivileged communities. With introducing quality education among such communities, students will learn to become good citizens and learn morals, patriotism, time and money management. Their learning abilities will be boosted and they tend to become a responsible citizen by understanding the dos and don'ts of the law of land.
We will make this happen by making the TMT program a global movement and reach poorer countries with this concept.
- Teacher and educator training
This is a new concept where a teacher learns from another experienced teacher without altering any of their schedules. There is no money transaction involved and everything is free. This concept has not been implemented elsewhere hence this makes it unique and innovative.
Since this deals with underprivileged students and their teachers, there is no technological gadget involved in this process. Its a free concept and all we have to do is to establish a network with good private schools willing to participate and treat this as a charity to such communities.
We want to start with one step at a time. We will start from where we live, our home. Then accept volunteers who are willing to talk to schools and establish the relationship between good private schools and teachers of underprivileged students. The following will be planned for the next 12 months:
1. Start with one or 2 schools and study for 3 months about the challenges we may face.
2. Reach at-least 50 schools by 6 months with such programs.
3. By the end of 12 months, we plan to increase to 100 good private schools willing to participate in TMT program.
Our vision is to reach each and every underdeveloped nation and introduce the TMT program. We will have a global network of schools with such programs. By the end of 3 years, we plan to have at-least 10 such schools signed for TMT program in every underdeveloped nation. By the end of 5 years, this program will be established as a tried and tested method for all schools to follow irrespective of the status of the nation. Our target is to reach the whole of Africa, Asia by the end of 8 years.

- East and Southeast Asia
We will develop an app and website to reach and stay in touch with our customers, here schools.
We are only 3 volunteers and we need more funds to expand our program.
By the end of 12 months, we will be able to reach at-least 500 underprivileged students and by 3 years, at-least 5000 students.
