Remotely for Skill-Upskill-Reskilling
Demand for the skilled workforce has escalated due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In this new normal, augmented reality (AR)-enabled hands-on intuitive training is the only option for India. With this new technology, training youth in small districts and villages has become possible and convenient.
Remotely is a mobile-based application to skill, upskill and reskill youth using 3D Augmented Reality Simulations. Deploying hands-on experiential intuitive training will help in learning craftsmanship & solve employment challenges. It brings the future of anytime anywhere learning to users' fingertips.
Using Remotely we're setting the scene for a digital-connected world to enable knowledge sharing. Through our local digital transformation initiative, we've already started creating movement and now going to impact 464 million youth in India. Same concept we're going to execute globally. Since we're using a mobile-based solution it will be very easy to access without investing in hardware.
At present, in India, we only have hundreds of physical labs available which makes it impossible to train/skill the population of 46,40,00000. Currently, 93% of the youth population did not receive any vocational/technical training. As per statistics, skilling and capacity building are expected to account for 2.4 million unfilled positions in organizations till 2028. Lots of ground needs to be covered in training & skilling youth. Limited resources and labs make the learning process more challenging for youth. Due to the lack of skilled experts, it becomes difficult for youth to get mentorship and training from a subject matter expert. There are no physical labs available for the youth who are interested in gaining skills.
Challenges:
- Lack of Expertise
- Lack of Skilled Subject Matter Expert
- Absence of Physical Labs
- Absence of top-notch equipment
- Low Motivation
- Complex training/ teaching process
Remotely is a user-friendly, 3D Augmented Reality Mobile-based application to skill, upskill & reskill youth through remote vocational training and skilling modules in Rural, Semi-Rural, and Urban India. 3D AR-based interactive training simulations will make learning cognitive, productive, and powerful. The hands-on experiential learning accelerates proficiency and provides 100% retention while teaching skills without hassle. It requires the user to have an Android device with an in-built camera on which they will download the Remotely software application.
Benefits
- Ease of Learning - Through its realistic design, the learners will be able to gain practical experience and will be more likely to gain employment.
- Reduce Carbon Footprint - This also means that the beneficiaries will no longer have to gather at any designated location for their training; they can simply do it from the comfort of their own homes. It is a great way of reaching out to a larger number of people within the same timeframe.
- Women Empowerment - Not only does it save time and cost of traveling, but it also helps women and young learners combat skepticism or hesitation they may be experiencing under the events where they are unable to step out of their homes.

We will be doing outreach through our community that is locally rooted and internationally connected. In one year we target to reach 10 million youth our execution strategy is going to be like this we had published a Remotely application on the Play Store from where the user can easily able to access and download it. Distribution, Awareness and Motivational programs we're going to run via Schools, Colleges, NGOs, District Magistrates, Research Centers and State Governments. In five years, we will target to reach 464 million youth as already in India we have 650 million smartphone users.
Through the Remotely dashboard we will track the progress of users on how much they're learning. Right after each 3D AR module users will get an assignment in regional language so that they'll feel comfortable while learning. Remotely dashboard will help in improving performance, efficiency and productivity.

We bring extensive experience and global exposure from 15 countries and 5 continents.
It is the belief of our organization that race, creed, socioeconomic status, ethnicity, or gender do not devalue or depreciate a human. The key to unlocking the door of a developed nation is diversity, inclusion, and unity. With this in mind, our organization embraces and encourages the betterment of people from all walks of life.
Our team members hail from different backgrounds and represent the interests of several communities. We strongly honor the relationship between innovation and implementation so that no one is left behind.
- Organizations (B2B)
I believe that the Solve community will strengthen our capabilities to make this world a better place and change it for the better. During the program, I will get to connect with other leading community leaders so as to bring a change and provide global citizenship which would expose us to different perspectives and provide me an opportunity to learn from our fellow participants. The mentorship provided during the program would help me grow exponentially in this domain in a strategic and sustainable way.
- Human Capital (e.g. sourcing talent, board development, etc.)
- Financial (e.g. improving accounting practices, pitching to investors)
- Product / Service Distribution (e.g. expanding client base)
Over the last three years of my experience as a social entrepreneur, I have been seeking hands-on experience and mentoring from industry experts to solve problems and create an impact. This missing link can be fulfilled through this program. I would like to get advice and mentorship from those who have expertise in social enterprise operations in rural area settings and can help us grow in this domain in a strategic and sustainable way.
We would like to partner with the one who believes in the egalitarian distribution of technology and aims to make it accessible to all by creating a self-reliant economy that is ready to face the future at MIT.

Courage is often associated with cape-laden heroes that fly in to save the day or Superhumans that assemble to defeat an evil force. While there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that, courage, in our opinion, cannot merely be reduced to aggressive battles and fashionable supersuits. There’s courage in gentleness and in empathy. There’s courage in humanitarianism, and in altruism. There’s courage in giving unconditionally, and in kindness. This thought process is what laid the foundation for Remotely. The primary motivator to launch this initiative was the skilling and employment gap plaguing society, even in the 21st century! Through the development of Remotely, we strive to precede a skilled, literate, developed, and united world.
