R4C ABILITY PROJECT" is an educating, empowering transforming project for people living with disability and vulnerable people. This project is aimed at transforming their mindset from begging and to earning, engaging their productive capabilities by empowering them with academic scholarship, vocational training, job offers, exhibition events, endorsement contract. We also link them to record deals, comprehensive free medical test and drug administration, grants and loans, promotion and sales of their products and services. We position the creative ones among them to opportunities to make gift items for companies and this helps them fend for themselves and families. Due to our intervention and the platform we have provided for them to find themselves and develop their business acumen many have started business ventures that is growing and which will ultimately contribute to the country gross domestic product and alleviate unemployment. Since 2012 we have been at the forefront of engaging the productive capabilities of physically challenged and vulnerable persons. We have provided the space for them to showcase their untapped talent, develop and make life more meaningful. This has given them a reason and hope to live on. R4C Ability project is innovative because it  aimed at transforming the mindset of people living with disabilities from begging and to earning, engaging their productive capabilities.

It also aimed at  transform our communities from a community unemployed physically challenged and vulnerable persons to a community of self-sufficient physically challenged persons with good employment skills, personal SME’S that help them fend for themselves and families, contribute to the country Gross Domestic product GDP.

Technology is inergral to R4C Ability Project because it will effectively impact the lifes of people living with disabilities , technology will aid in alleviating the social problem of the daily loitering of people living with disability and vulnerable persons on the streets of Lagos and other parts of Nigeria, where physically challenged and vulnerable persons are left to fend for themselves on Street.

Our solutions goals are To changing the mindset of physically challenged persons from asking for handout to become productive and democratizing the power of skills among them. To incentivize them with academic scholarship, opportunity of skill and vocational training, endorsement contract, record deals, cash prizes and gift items. Furthermore we are not only affecting their economics we are also ensuring they have a healthy life style by linking them to platforms where they can have access to health awareness information and the importance of well-being.

To industrialize PLWD products and services that we have successful built out of people living with disabilities. PLWD brand are high quality, made in Nigeria products and services. Products such as shoes, sandals, bags, belts, key holders hair clips, detergent, flower pots and many more.

By continueous and consistently creating innovative ways of educating people living with disabilities on how to become​ self independent and empower them with the necessary tools they need to become prodoctive member of our society. Educate, Empower and transform physically challenged persons into becoming a global success.

R4C Ability Project has effectively impact life's of over five hundred thousand people living disabilities. Since 2012 we have been at the forefront of engaging the productive capabilities of physically challenged and vulnerable persons. Promotion and sales of their products and services. Job offers. Todevelop global partnership that is all inclusive both in contribution, ideas and innovation for the physically challenged persons. In every physical disability lies a great ability.

Through sales of PLWD brand products, which we have successful built. PLWD brand are high quality made in Nigeria products and produced by people living with disabilities.(PLWD). We intend to sale their products and get a percentage which will be ploughed back to the business in order to help us reach more vulnerable people. We intend to partner with cooperate bodies, agencies, organizations that understand the importance of building the lives of vulnerable and physically challenged people. We will also look out for individuals that are inclined to the plight of people living with disabilities.

To help  eradicate the social problem of the daily loitering of people living with disability and vulnerable persons on the streets of Lagos and other parts of Nigeria, where physically challenged and vulnerable persons are left to fend for themselves on the streets and this state of affairs increases the social problem of daily loitering. 

The major barrier we anticipate is getting the people living with disabilities to accept to change their mindset from what it is to what it should be and accept this intervention Our plan is to continually fill the minds of the physically challenged person with positive ideas and ideology about who they are and what they can become, these will be carried out by one on one meetings, taking inspiring talks to their centers, social media awareness, literatures, computer Apps, and any other means to get the message across to them.
