Unemployment rate among developing countries is a major problem with the high youth population level. With the rate at which the world is advancing to a technological state, with a solution in offering 3 months basic training, that will enable the Youths to secure a freelancing job in the IT sector. This will positively impact in reducing the high growing social crimes and early pregnancies among girls.
With the skills gained from the training offered within the 3 months, there will be an advanced track that will enable the organization to hire the same youths who were taught earlier to offer the same training they acquired to the newly enrolled and at the same time working as freelancers in the world market.

- Concept: An idea being explored for its feasibility to build a product, service, or business model based on that idea.
Due to the large number of unemployed Youths in the community who most of them engage in crimes and drugs abuse. YouthsinTech implemented this idea for offering free Computer basic training to the youths so as to spend at least 3-4 hours of their daily routine. The major reason was to come up with an idea that is going to reduce crime level, unemployment, early pregnancies and making them responsible adults in the society with good leadership skills. Since the world is advancing to a more technological state, with this idea YouthsinTech was able to cover all problems encountered by the Youths within the community through technology.
