ERS® is an inclusive educational governance solution driven by measuring the impact of professionals' skills towards decent employment.
Backed by a civicjobchain platform,"ERS-CONCERSO®" and its international governance program "The New Skills Road®", our solution aims to eradicate poverty through intergenerational transmission and cooperation between citizens, companies, institutions and states, for the benefit of employability and better living together.
In the era of artificial intelligence and the need to return human value to the source of real economy, the ERS Concerso holistic innovation is aimed at all existing and future employment players who interact in a community of trust thanks to a new sharing ecosystem.
Being capable to 1) create confident interactions between citizens and government organisations and 2) securize a new sharing ecosystem, boosted by the skills' value transformed in job's creation, is an efficient way to bring consideration, engagement and otherness especially for the African young generations.
The specific problem ERS is solving is to strengthen the local economy through the empowerment of professional citizens considered at the source of this issue by the volume they represent and the dynamics of intergenerational connexions.
The immediate solution is to succeed in aligning professional citizens with local and international organizations in order to transform the 70% of informal jobs into inclusive jobs, especially in the craft, agricultural and culture sector.
The “Job Skills with employment impact” as a united data content value (ERS Data), can enhance the personal and common good in the real economy. More than 80% of the ERS professional community consider this new skill as valuable for an inclusive economy.
Locally, in Republic of Guinea with the New Skills' Road program launched in November 2019, the digitalization of the ERS Data in cooperation with the government, makes ERS-CONCERSO platform a new solution for creating smart contracts for decent jobs.
Globally, Learning to agree on that issue is the urgent confident ground that concerns millions of African citizens who could potentially be ready to design the new economic and societal chain of value (70% of 2 billions African - 20 years old citizens in 2050)
The ERS-Concerso solution can digitalize programs based on the extraction of semantic and behavioral data content from an inclusive ERS matrix (Entrepreneuriat Responsable et Solidaire) developed in evolutionary small ecosystem panels (sectors' laboratories) with high societal impact (confident citizens and organisation communities for employment).
Our matrix is rooted in the heart of the humain intelligence to map and measure know-how as civic educational skills and thus professional citizens become aware of the virtues of transmission for better employability.
Our experimental laboratories are developed from volonteering and co-opting professional communities, considered as a significant representative panels of reliable citizens.
Our solution initiates smart contrats with an ERS token, thanks to a new generation of "consent by consideration algorithm" :
1) "consideration of the know how" as a "source skill" value for the creation of a business offer
2) "consent to the impact of employment" as a "source measure" of commercial efficiency, from citizens to States.
The craft community in Guinea, particularly thanks to the family of Sidime sculptors, have started the chain of trust with the civic transaction "if you consider my know-how, I consent sharing my job". The civicjobchain was born and started its propagation.
Before digitalizing the ERS matrix and creating the "consent by consideration algorithm " to edit the first step of our ERS token and its civicjobchain in 2015, experiments have been starting in France in an educational and media platform in 2009 from dropout students who left general education for professional education, especially in the craft sector (bakery, pastry, hairdresser...) and agricultural sector (food, wood...) ; www.entreprisesenvie.com (initial ERS plateforme https://www.entreprisesenvie.c...) from a traditional educational and media program "Les Victoires de l'Emploi" created in France in 1992 https://jocif.typepad.fr/jocif...
The ERS education, focussed on the consciousness of being an actor of inclusive employment thanks to professional know-how, spread to graduate students, especially in entrepreneurship programs (graduate business and engineering schools in different French territories + professional schools in Paris and out of Paris).
All this locally programs learnt us how to extract information from new generations to mentors, governments and State, including small and big companies and institutions. Our research programs were simple but ambitious : how can we develop professional communities in order to create united trust with an universal understanding of real economy ? How can we evaluate the potential of creating inclusion wealth by creating inclusion communities capable to produce and share wealth for new generations ?
The first answer we discovered was that job skills were the personal value part of the issue and employment policies were the common part of the issue. The problematic was that the majority of the local economic community (70% of professional citizens and learner citizens) declared not to be enough considered by State and government. Concerning professional education, another 70% of learners did not stay in the company which welcome them in apprenticeship.
However more than 90 % of the economic space is occupied by very small companies (- than 10 collaborators or employees).
The conclusion was simple : at least 70% of professional citizens are at the source of the creation of economic wealth, but they don't feel considered and they tend to beware of policies or even challenge them. However if they are considered in their personal part of the economic chain value more than 80% consent to cooperate in the employment policies, with a real engagement in education for new generations. Learning how to create employment in professional situations has become the heart of the Matrix ERS, Entrepreneuriat Responsable et Solidaire.
The semantic educational logic was created from 3 letters :
1) "E" for Entrepreneurship, is the knowing-how line that defines the employability path from skills to job
2) "R" for Responsability, is the knowing how to be : respecting the personal skill value bringing impact jobs and a united understanding of the employability path ; it is the personal consciousness.
3) "S" for solidarity, is the knowing how to live together : sharing the solution to achieve a real job in a real economic territory, thanks to a) engaged and benevolent citizens, b) strong and benevolent States, and c) secured and powerful technologies ; it is the common consciousness.
The ERS matrix designed in 3 dimensions brings a simple result : the ERS path from skills to employment needs a new humain value, alterity. It is the personal and common consciousness interacting between professional citizens inside of themselves and inside of their professional organisations.
Encouraged by the French and European international cooperation programs, we decided to check how the informal economy and its professionals in Africa could help to map and finally measure an inclusive and resilient economy with more than 70% of the informal professional citizens.
A first IT architecture of a questionnaire was digitalized in order to extract the ERS Data content and generate our algorithm in a token and civicjobchain with the target to deliver a semantic and behavioral knowledge and new skills to be learnt at the early stage of life.
Our "ERS algorithm source" respects the personal and common logic and our technological tools register and secure a united content value data capable to mesure the personal and common part of inclusive employment.
The engineering of ERS programs in an “analytical, educational and media “ triptych guarantee operational efficiency and transfer existing positive assets to the “employability” of new generations. The programs :

EDUCATE organizations towards a better inclusion of skills
PROMOTE a fairer approach to job creation policies
The ERS algorithm acts on the three fonctions of our programs such as security and traceability to generate communities of trust. ERS datas and its architecture ecosystem, secure citizens' engagement, therefore the consideration they need to boost the local economy.
The education ERS logic says : "what is measured can be learnt well, and what is learnt well is valued".
What is considered as "non valuable" from the informal economy that is not calculated in the GDP of a country, (but also manual jobs in larger companies in the formal economy), is transformed in "new valuable" indicators, by pulling up professional communities of trust that can operate an significant evolution in their organisation (private and public).

ERS-CONCERSO builds the solution to offer that issu to the 70% at least of dropout young learners (in general or professional schools).
The principles of the ERS matrix and its algorithm source to develop our ERS programs in a civicplateform were designed and tested in the French laboratory from 2016 to 2018 and officially launched in November 2019 in Republic of Guinea.
In 2021, the heart system ERS is spread in Ivory Cost (West Africa) and RD Congo (Central Africa), targeting 70% of the local professional communities included in the civicjobchain with an ERS token.
- Equip everyone, regardless of age, gender, education, location, or ability, with culturally relevant digital literacy skills to enable participation in the digital economy.
Our digital solution started in Guinea with a simple application capable to initiate a civic smart contrat with an educational tool "the ERS Pact for job impact".
Led by an ERS ambassador for the public and government community, an ERS scientist for the Guinean laboratory, and 8 sectors' ambassadors (craft, food and culture mainly), the questionnaire tool registered the personal ERS content in order to generate the first certificate ERS digital inclusion learning how to integrate the trust ERS community :
- professional to professional (align and transverse sectors)
- professionals to learners
- professionnal to local and international organisations
- Growth: An organization with an established product, service, or business model rolled out in one or, ideally, several communities, which is poised for further growth.
The trust professional community started in Republic of Guinea in the main craft territory in Conakry, "le jardin du 2 octobre".
The ancestral sculptor Sidime family with Farafina and Madame N'Gonet (hairdresser) valided the accessibility of the ERS digital tool to the coopted and voluntary craft community ; a natural ecosystem was launched with 2 main territories : Conakry and Kankan. A representative panel of local economy was registered and the ERS system was developed with the personal education content and a personal value content.
The cultural and media sector with André Flamy, le Maître des mots, contributed to activate the consideration of each guinean ERS citizens.
A Natural propagation occurred in Ivory Cost with the Abidjan "village des artisans" and Grand Bassam and the SIAB 2021 : 28 African countries are ready to integrate the New Skills' Road program thanks to their millions of craft professionals and learners.

Our offer is based on the ERS matrix and it’s capabilities of modeling an economic and societal value chain for employability and Better Living Together, based on:
- A dual benchmark called “job / employment” skill which aligns the professional citizen (responsible for his job’s skills, as a proven value for his learning and practice in the real economy) and organizations, private and public companies, (solidarity in employment, as the proven value of the wealth produced by the job’s skills of citizens and their positive impact on the real economy)
- A Transversal intelligence system : 1) human intelligence (semantics which secures the unitary, and therefore unique value of each ERS citizen identity), 2) territorial intelligence (mapping of jobs in business, sectoral and geographic territories), 3 ) artificial intelligence (digitization of the semantic and territorial value chain, based on the value of “ERS employment” data) 4) financial intelligence (ERS indicators which calculate the share of each professional citizen in their “job / employment” ecosystem)
- A transversal programming system for “ERS employment” data: analytical, educational and media programs integrated into the ERS-CONCERSO platform, thus creating an ecosystem that takes its power from demographic and territorial dynamics, at the heart of the transmission process ( intergenerational) and propagation in organizations (companies, institutions, governments).

Currently our inclusion digital solution serves 525 citizens in Guinea and 87 in France.
A first laboratory in France was created in 2016 and in Guinea in 2019.
From the Conakry territory and the "Jardin du 2 octobre", Farafina, the SIDIME ancestral family sculptor moved in march 2021 to Kankan the Art region of Conakry. He included new ERS ambassadors, like Mory Koita, fashion designer, connected to 800 learners and professionals in sewing and textile industry in 5 African countries (Mali, Burkina, Gabon, Togo and Cameron).
In may 2021, we signed an important deal with an Ivorian ERS ambassador, Ali Cisse, founder of SIAB (Salon International des Artisans de Grand Bassam, Ivory Cost) ; this partnership opens to ERS a significant craft and artists' network in 28 African countries with more then 15 000 professionals. The 4th edition of SIAB announced Guinea as the guest country in August 2021. It has been a great opportunity for ERS to create a new laboratory in Grand Bassam, with the Town hall, UNESCO and the Ministry of tourism and craft sector.
ERS signed an important strategic deal with the Fondation KATANGA and EIC corporation with a diaspora network in 50 African countries with the creation of a laboratory in RD Congo.
So, we know we can put in our database a target of 70% of informal professionals in Africa and freelance in Europe, we will have 1 million in 2022 and 1 billion in 5 years (number of token generated in ERS-Concerso).
From 2016 to 2021 (a slow down of 1 year and 6 months due to covid crisis) we progressed however thanks to the indefectible commitment of our ERS ambassadors in Guinea who maintained the local & national cooperation (co-optation and voluntary process on the ground and international cooperation between institutions and governments).
Having 4 laboratories in France (2016), Guinea 2019), Ivory Cost and RD Congo (2021) is a proof that a natural dynamic has been created locally and globally thanks to our algorithm that has been created from scratch with an essential indicator that measures "confidence in real economy" and its impact on employability.
