I-Educate app:Recruiting Professionals as adjunct tutors.

Platform for recruiting professionally qualified educators and advertising & managing course slots.

The purpose of this idea is to create a digital platform where professionally qualified people (which refers to Scientists,Managers,technicians,executives and University Students) take up course slots as tutors for classroom or online courses for students(teenagers,primary schools or students from disadvantaged communities).

1.The Problem:Teaching jobs usually come at the lower bracket of pay-scale. As a result the best minds and most qualified people never take up teaching jobs such as Primary and High School teachers,Non Government Organization tutors etc.Even though they have the desire to contribute to community and dissipate their knowledge,they go for jobs in big companies because of better Work Experience,Higher salaries and professional development. 

Also,as a result the educators in these low paying jobs are not "the best in their genre".It gives rise to unqualified educators who lack the essential teaching quality required in this noble profession of Education.Training the educators is a huge problem in itself.So, by recruiting quality professionals we can eradicate the problem of 'training our teachers' entirely.

It is required to create a platform where these professionals can become part-time (adjunct)tutors.So that the students study from the top educators.The key premise is that our education system is not extracting the top quality tutor workforce of our world - Professionals.

2.The Solution:

Who does not love to share their knowledge with young curious minds?All the working professionals have a free evening or early morning time which is usually for recreation,entertainment and leisure.

I propose that we create an App (a startup/enterprise) which connects these professionals to suitable students for adequate course .This app will list all the coursework and subjects from Primary Schools,High schools,Undergraduate institutes.These professionals will then use the app to choose any course slot they wish to teach.So, the user decides which subject to teach,whom to teach,where to teach(Online MOOCs or classroom course).

We can provide some "Royalty Points" and maintain "Leadership tables".The educators can flaunt their points(score and ranking) on social media and gain appreciation.

I propose that we create an App (a startup/enterprise) which connects these professionals to suitable students for adequate course to tap in this professional workforce as tutors, a concept which has enormous potential but has never ever been used .

My idea is app based.Digital Technology is integral to create,manage and update the coursework databases and educator profile databases.
