ParkWify aim to provide access to Affordable internet connection in public parks and hence promote digital inclusion across the country and Africa to the low educated park users who include Drivers, Conductors, Petty traders, hawkers, Park managers, commuters, etc.

Solution

Creating a public WiFi infrastructure in parks where to provide affordable or almost free internet connection and digital education to the park users and it's environs.

Changing the world

Access to affordable internet connection to these set of people would foaster access to information, opportunities and digital resources that are available globally to survive the post covid-19 economy effect. These includes educational resources, health information such WHO on covid-19, etc.

Virtually, these set of people have been disconnected from the digital world due to high cost of internet connection and digital education. Hence, an investment in such infrastructure would bridge the gap and Empower; Information is Power.

Lack of affordable internet connection and digital education by the park users has brought 

ParkWify is a public park WiFi hotspots that allows park users and it's environs to connect to Affordable internet connection across the communities. 

It is a wireless internet connection infrastructure that is built and located in parks that provides with uninterrupted power supply to provide an affordable internet and phone power charging solution with affordable payment by the park users. 

The facilities required includes:

Power Generating Set 

Office space

Sockets for charging phones 

WiFi Router

Office furniture

Park users and the environs by giving them access to affordable internet connection and digital resources available on the internet

My solution is directly related to the challenge ONE has it Provide low-income, remote, and refugee communities access to digital infrastructure and safe, affordable internet.
