Nimb has developed a solution to send an alert signal to your pre-selected contacts via a ring with a panic button and an application on a smartphone. Nimb is also an online security platform that creates safer environments and connects people to all parties in the security sector.

We are making the world a safer place. We are doing this by providing people with a solution that calls for help in case of emergency. This solution will be able to recognize an emergency and automatically call for the responsible party.

Nimb’s first product is the ring with a panic button to send emergency alerts to pre-set list of contacts including friends and relatives, emergency services, members of Nimb community nearby.
This is the only device you can use to call for help in emergencies even if both of your hands are held.
It looks great for everyday wear with any outfit, it fits any style and complement your image, but it’s smart and will help you save valuable time in emergency and let others know when you need help.
Press the button, hold it for three seconds — the ring will gently vibrate giving you the feedback. After three seconds the alert is active, messages with your GPS location and your profile details are being sent to the contacts you’ve set in the application. Nimb app allows all the notified groups to communicate and coordinate the response around the world.

Nimb saves critical time and improves response times: FCC estimates number of lives that could be saved by a one-minute reduction in emergency response times as 10 000 lives. Nimb improves the response times and outcomes by notifying the closest responders.
Our platform provides the most complete and continuous information to all parties. And our next step is to anticipate emergencies and reduce emergency response with new data & AI.

In accordance with the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals to transform our world and in particular Goal 11 “make cities inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable” our product builds safer communities by instantly connecting individuals in need of help to the closest emergency responders. As already mentioned one-minute reduction in emergency response can save 10 000 lives. And this is what we are doing. Our target audience is females who want to feel safe and relaxed when going about their daily lives. A unique feature of our solution is a combination of stylish design and functionality: ring is the only device you can use only with one hand when you are in trouble. Our ring allows faster response times and provides proof of non-consenting interactions. Our app allows every responder to be notified immediately, provides the most complete and continuous information to all parties, anticipates emergencies with new data & AI. We plan to recognize an emergency by analysing data from device and application usage, from built-in sensors, with the help of Artificial Intelligence and automatically call for the responsible party.

Our ring will be available for purchase in the online shop. We’ve also been building a distribution network in USA, Europe and other countries.

Sending an emergency signal to your friends, family, people nearby, members of your community or other trusted individuals is free and available everywhere in the world. All users will be able to add as many friends and family members as they want. And experience of our co-founder says that a neighbour next door can call both police and ambulance — just one person, who happened to be nearby and acted quickly,  can save life.

For now our project is self funded and crowdfunded. After beginning of mass production and first sales we plan to receive A-series financing.
