Most communities having limited access to communication services as a result of high costs of access, high cost of devices and remote locations. project looks at using technology to drive access to education, healthcare, eGov, tourism, labor market, housing, research, Libraries(eLibrary). It will also provide job opportunities to youth hence technical skills adoption among the refugee communities in disadvantaged areas. Besides this, It also hopes provide connectivity to schools and healthcare facilities in disadvantaged locations. E.g. Shared devices in Schools (Computers and tablets), Healthcare IT, Smart transport, and agriculture to foster innovation
Limited access to valuable information and innovation due to unavailability of enablers
The solution hopes to provide cabled and wireless connectivity, Hosted solutions and applications, managed services, Cloud computing, IoT, Power solutions and devices/ network enablers to the target communities.
The target population is the youth and women, men and children.
To improve access, skills development and transfer.
They are undeserved due the high cost of access, unavailability of skilled power, limited financing especially for the Devices and software licensing
- Provide low-income, remote, and refugee communities access to digital infrastructure and safe, affordable internet.
The level of access to digital media and online services is still low in most areas, most people leave on less than US$1 a day, as such can not afford the necessary financing to finance access to vital information. Most of the Primary schools, Secondary schools and refugee communities go through school without using computers yet they are part of the curriculum. this puts them in a disadvantage.

Concept and prototyping stages had already been undertaken. I am building on using my eight years experience in network infrastructure and service provider environment to build a resilient network, that will improve access to education, healthcare, eGov, smart agriculture to various communities in the area of coverage. Some of which are host communities for Refuguees
