For care teams overwhelmed with checking multiple systems, and coordinating patient care with phones, emails, and office software, LucidAct connects patient care statuses across systems, and enables effective collaboration inside and across the four walls.

Unlike other care coordination systems, LucidAct AI Team Assistant understands patient-care workflow logistics, reads clinicians' notes, and integrates patient data to automate team members' worklists and appropriate workflow tasks, optimizing patient-care delivery and achieving business goals 

Our platform optimizes patient workflow by bringing in relevant EMR data and coordinating patient logistics in a simple user interface. It provides a searchable archive of all team activities, documents, and decisions including a Machine Learning feature capable of collecting unstructured (phone calls, general notes, and reasons) and structured patient data (referrals, appointments etc.) that tracks patterns and behaviors which helps predict patient dropouts and improve the patient workflow.

In the next 12 months, we will get 40 clinics onto LucidAct platform managing 16,000 patients

In the next 5 years, we aim to get 10% of the COPD market which are 300 clinics onto LucidAct platform and we can reach 14M ARR

We reach our customers through several channels: 1) Present at Sleep Medicine Conferences 2) Direct Sale 3) Partner with Brightree, which is the biggest system for CPAP machine vendors  

We sell to the clinic owners, two people make the purchasing decision: clinic owner + operation director

We launched our Beta Product last August, and gained initial traction in the COPD market.  COPD is a chronic condition like asthma, sleep disorders and lung disease. After 30 days free trials, all of our early access customers became paying customers, including  ZSFGH Sleep Clinics. Currently we have 60 active users monthly managing 2,400 patients on our platform.

In 3 years, we will serve 40,000 patients on our platform.

We have a stellar team tackling this great challenge.  I am certified with the largest EHR system EPIC and have worked with many different system.  My Co-founder has extensive experience building successful analytics products at IBM. He is leading our 4 member engineering team developing LucidAct everyday.  Our Data scientist Victor Fang brought his massive AI experience in cyber security to healthcare.

We charge $10 per patient per month, an average clinic have 400 active patients each month.  This is a huge market, there are 133 M patients who have chronic conditions in the US alone, 80% of them have the top 6 deadly disease, we want to focus on the 11 M patient with COPD first, and there are 3000 sleep clinics in the US.
