Solutions: (https://schoolplus.ng) School++ is a cloud‐based and integrated on‐line educational mobile automation system that connects Schools, Parents, Teachers and Students with modern technologies. It handles the following on-line: students’ information, fees collection, income, school fees expenses, attendance, evaluation, academics, Human Resources, Download center, Library, Inventory, Online Exam, Certificates and Reports.                Impact/Success of the Innovation.

Schools connectivity, Delay in  payment of schools fees, limited access to data and reports, labor-intensive  students admission, Manual Time-table, Delay from  generation of students-ID,  irregularity in  students attendance, generation of manual reports and school assessment, proletarian courses and  subject management, School Administration. Most of the children in this community are having problems from school  fess payment. About 200 young Male and Females are affected in this Oda Community. Some of the Parents will have to leave their offices and queue up in the bank to make payment for their wards school fees. To collect report after examination is also a problem form the schools. Since Coronavirus pandemic many students are still having problems with their studies  and Teachers are still finding it difficult to reach their students. Our solutions school ++ https://schoolplus.ng  has solved all the above mentioned problems by integrating all the activities of the school into one place through our core information technology.

School ++ is a web-based program that exposes students, Administrator, Parents and Teachers to various in-person and e-learning educational materials. The innovation can be used in the classroom with students and teachers as in-person. The Innovative educational platform can also be used while the students are at home known as E-learning/on-line teaching platform.

The innovation has four users who can access the system: The Admin, Parents, Teachers and students. The admin setup the system, register Parents, Teachers and Students. The teachers will up-load all the various Topics and assignments for the students. Application Link will be sent to all the registered students indicating date and time of the in-class and on-line/remote teaching.The in-class teaching will be done through Laptop/ projector for the classes in the school as directed by the school Principal. All the topics  will be taught and administered  during and after school hours for the affected students. The Innovation will be used to teach students about the effect of covid-19 pandemic in the world as it affects education and how to stay safe. The innovation can be used to  teach students   in STEM careers and syllabuses on state of matter in which diffusion takes place in chemistry

During the recent Coronavirus lock-down, many businesses turned to virtual meeting software to help keep their companies running. Many universities will also start their new terms with online lectures, rather than in-person classrooms. As a company, we also switched to temporarily offering just online learning during the summer of 2020 with our new Innovation school ++ and it was  very successful and so we are set to host even more kids’ virtual classrooms for the remainder of the year. In fact, we can see 2021 as being even bigger for online learning and anticipate hundreds of children completing our courses purely via virtual classroom environments on the rural areas.The bottom line is, virtual classrooms can work very well and are the future of learning. Online learning is something that kids at all stages in the education system can use, and to great effect too.  With our software improved accessibility to remote children and Youth is our target.

Most Educational institutions in Africa are burdened by cumbersome paperwork and manual processes, that increase workload and make it difficult to maintain records .Therefore School ++ innovation is making Schools Operation Digital & Paperless We Help Schools Improve Efficiency by Automating School Operations to Save Time and Reduce Staff School ++ is a data-driven platform which makes relevant secondary school education accessible to all youth in Africa. It allows students to have Fun & Engaging learning experience using relevant and interactive content, Teachers to Streamline and Monitor individual learning journey of their students while earning extra income teaching online. 

In the Year 2019, Google gave our company a grant to train 1500 youth in Nigeria. During the ground Finale of the program in Oda Community in Akure, in Ondo state Nigeria,  about 20 schools Principal in Akure who witnessed the training in their various schools came to inform our Company that we should  help them  to develop a mobile application that they can use to solve most of the manual operation in the schools because they have seen our competencies from the Google CS First Computer Training,   Scratch coding, usage of Internet, ICT Digital Literacy and  Java Programming given to these students. This made us to start developing school ++  Mobile application in Oda Community for about five schools. We have about15  secondary Schools using our application, three Universities and five Technical Training  schools in Nigeria and we going to the World.  

Our school ++ software is innovative because  is a fairly recent development that was made possible by the rise in popularity of both cloud computing and social sharing platforms from group of School Principals in Nigeria.  The main goal of this software is to help enterprise and schools  level businesses generate and evaluate ideas so that innovation can be cultivated and implemented. The software serves as an important tool that facilitates collaboration while also providing an organized selection process that pushes the best ideas forward without getting bogged down by big data. Necessity is the mother of invention. In our Company whenever clients come with unique requirements, dedicated  Megatronic software developer thinks about the solution. Such thinking along with our  knowledge enable our developers to come up with innovative and unique ideas like school ++.  Everything is not written in the books. Practical knowledge of development and programming make developers' mind more productive and capable to get new ideas. Creativity is not in-born, but we can develop it through experience and expertise of a particular domain. In addition, we developers are in contact with technological advancement, that also facilitate them to come up with new ideas. This and many other factors made our software to be innovative.

We are qualified for the prize because we are promoters of quality Education in our Community. We shall use the Prize to expand our Business, Free Google CS First Training  for 3000 Youths in Nigeria, help the 100 Widow and Orphan in Oda Community, organize  Social and Empowerment Training program on ICT Digital for 200 women in Akure South Community of in Akure Ondo State,

We are promoters of education and helping the less privileged in the society   most especially the refugees. We shall introduce and expand the solutions to educated fellow at various refugees camps.

We are digital advocacy  amongst  the Youths and women in Africa.  We shall use the Prize to  advance Girls and Women in the secondary schools and Higher Institutions on Digital literacy in Africa. 

One of our Goal and objectives is to advocate  for Gender Equality in Africa and to fight Female discrimination. I will continue with the good work on women empowerment we started in 2019.  We trained about 2181 Youths ( 1600 Females)  on ICT Digital empowerment sponsored by Google. if we won the price we shall give FREE training to  about 5000 females on website development and Java Programming Training
