A form of, help people that do not have the knowledge and the internet accessibility is to put a free internet service paid through the government and some internet inductions to tell them how to use it in the right way to develop their business and have more equitable forms of development and work in the right form. it will build a new society where people can work at any moment of the day, produce more, not only for them but for the country as well. The things that the government of the country needs to do are:

A construction or a safe zone that has the router to expand the WI-FI.
Put the WI-FI in strategically places to enjoy better this humanitarian resource.
Pay 1 professional to give a chat about how to use the internet correctly and how to develop his/her business.
Let them space to work.

What specific problem are you solving?

Many people across the globe have not the experience in the digital world not even know the basic knowledge to use a computer, so, to integrate them into the digital economy, it's necessary to promote courses in which they teach the correct way to use a computer and the Internet. Aside, in the education´s scheme should be a priority to teach every single topic, focusing them on a global scenario. For all of these purposes, the support of local governments is essential as well. The help of local authorities and its resources allow it to do better courses and expand it reach plus, the most important part is the change of focusing in the internal education and the teaching way so it will be a slow process and in consequence the support of the government is crucial.

What is your solution?

With the support of local governments, it's necessary to invest in infrastructure in those areas with a lack of internet service. The mainstay of this proposal is to bring the internet to the communities that do not have it and do it with the lower price as much as possible to these communities. Plus, provide a steady bandwidth allowing good service during the year.

The government should establish control towers in rural areas with the most difficult access to the internet. Based on the construction of these towers, courses should be implemented where people are trained to venture into the modality of digitization. Also, with the new digital intelligence of the blockchain. The information can be for public use and anyone can venture into the study of different departments such as finance, public spending, and education.

Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?

The population we are targeting is the one that lives in rural areas of Colombia that do not have the possibility of connecting to a wifi network. This problem not only generates delays in education and the evolution of knowledge, but also generates a problem for the goverment since it cannot link people towards the modernity of digitization.
