The problems am committed to solve are just
1Illitracy and unequitable quality education to all.
I have Schools called Sunshine Schools Nakuru. These are from pre unit, primary and secondary schools. They offer charity to bright pupils and students from poor families. After finishing their secondary education some join Universities while others join other institutions for higher education. Eventually they have brought a change to the local community on technology. As electricity installation has been done modern digital facilities like computers and digital phones are in use. Mobile banking and financial transactions are in place hence digital economy promoted.
2) Water accessibility.
I have drilled a borehole in my school compound. This water has been supplied to the community. It is used for both domestic and irrigation system. Farming is hence digital. Food security and self employment in place .Farmer use digital economy system.
Challenges solved by me
Education provision.
My schools have provided quality education to pupils and students from poor families on a 100% charity.
This has helped these students feel equited with members of the society who are originally able. The students have done well on displine essying my . work. The problems on illiteracy and unequitable education is a problem on a population scale of around 30% of total population. If the community has 300000 people 30% of it don't get quality education.
Water challenges is another major problem. I have solved it by drilling a borehole in my school. This borehole supplies water to the community and my Schools. This has necessitated irrigation system in my community. So self employment and food security have been created. Horticulture and livestock production,bee keeping and fish farming are practiced. This has promoted digital marketing and payments hence promoting digital economy.
The population affected by this problem was 100% as there was no water supply at all. Hence if 300000 people live here all were affected.
My solution is on provision of quality and equitable education opportunities to all. This is due to lack of education accessibility by children from poor families. I have provided this by creating charity opportunities to them on a 100% basis. They don't pay and even enjoy more iincentives. These students and pupils also enjoy free facilities like books, laboratorily services without paying. The students on boarding don't pay for the food they eat in school. These have encouraged more students who had lost hope due to poverty in their families get education and even graduate with good degrees. Finally after graduating they are employed and promote the community digitally.
I have solved the water challenges in my community through drilling a borehole in my school compound. This has supplied water to the whole community. Pipes are all over .people are employed through farming. Domestic water use and irrigation is in place .Food security has been coordinated.
Digital marketing and advertising are in practice. Transactions are digitally done. This has helped in developing my community.
The population that has bbeen affected by the Illiteracy and unequitable education is almost 30% of the total population. Hence if my community has a population of estimately 300000 people 30% of can't afford education.I have built Schools on my land to help them access the desirable education standards. The services are on charity basis. 100% Charity.These children have eventually graduated from colleges and universities and secured jobs. Our society have lastly been digitalised.
Water challenges have been a nudge in this community. The population totally suffered the crisis. I have dug a borehole that pipe water all over the place. Water for both domestic and farming has been made available. Irrigation is therefore registered here. This has created self employment and food security. Digital tractions are now sound.

Education provision through my schools has helped the people in the society in common. Every society member has benefited as I have educated children from almost every family. After graduating from colleges and universities they have changed the community digitally whose fruits are enjoyed equally.
Water challenges was a crisis that had nudged every member of the society. To equite the community I drilled a borehole in my school compound which have been piped to every household. All community members are now satisfied with water supply for both domestic and farming. Irrigation system in practice therefore creating self employment.

I have already bought land, constructed structures for Classrooms, laboratories, offices and dormitories. Registered the schools with the registrar of companies and ministry of education in Kenya according to Kenya's law .
Have got students who have already done the examinations for 9 years. Students have already graduated are now working.
The water project
I drilled a .borehole and supplied people with piped water. The community is already enjoying these services. The residents have initiated irrigation system and have become self employed. Livestock production, bee keeping and fish rearing are on. Farmers are now transacting through mpesa paybill and online and digital business is rampant.

My project is innovative
Education has trained teachers. The teaching staff I employ is a team of Professionals.I also employ accountant and other professionals in other academic fields are trained.
The graduates from my schools who join Universities get different skills which are later used in innovation in their jobs.
Water supply project has created innovation through irrigation system by Farmers.
Dairy farming, poultry rearing ,sheep and goats. Pigs for fish ponds for fish farming are high
Bee keeping is also high as water supply is high. Different water storage system have been invented. Construction of different tanks.
Planting of trees program is innovative as we practice agro forestry all over. I plant different species of trees. This has sentisized my community and my on botanical names of different trees and plants. The trees are homes and habitants of many domestic and wild animals. They also prevent soil erosion.

Education provision
I have constructed Schools namely Sunshine Schools Nakuru registered with kenya's legal authorities. Through these schools children from poor families have completed there high school and joined Universities and colleges. They have already employed and now employed in.both public and private sector. Have now changed there their respective families and society in general.
Water challenges and supply project has already drilled a borehole and connected pipes all over. Domestically used water is available and for farming is available. Irrigation system is applied by the residents. Livestock production bee keeping and fish farming are already signed.

The team is led by a principal. He coordinates the team and assigns duties to the workers.
He also coordinates the smooth running of the schools. To attain the best performance,we have set incentives for the teachers and the students .He makes sure the teachers and the students are always punctual in schools. He has team of trained teachers who assist him in effecting the duties.
Every teacher has been assigned his subjects and attend a number of lessons per day. The education system used is a Kenyan system of 8-4-4. The teachers also coordinate daily duties to ensure a smooth running of school. For convinient performance of duties and academic we have set incentives on performance. There are set scores. If s certain set score is achieved,the respective teacher gets the incentive. These has promoted a smooth running with minimal supervision.
Students are also very cooperative and respectful. They give the teachers and other employees a very simple time. They carry out their studies with seriousness and hence culminating good results. Over this Most of them perform and join higher learning institutions like universities and other tertiary institutions.
Water project has 4 plumbers who work in shifts. They ensure water supply is regular. They work extra ordinarily hard without fail.
To initiate equity amongst my staff I have given minimum supervision on their duties

In my school project I have had barriers on the following grounds.
1) Classrooms.
I don't have enough classrooms to cater for glowing large number of admission .I also need to have digital classrooms.
2) My laboratories need to be expanded to create more space and for faster practical sessions.
3) More land
To expand my school to fit all necessary structures.
3) Van
I don't have a van and a school bus.
For convinient transport vans, pick up and a bus are needed. This is a big challenge

We need all types of trees habitable in our community to plant.

To hit the 2030 1 million tree planted I need to employ large man power. This needs salaries and wages which is a challenge we need assistance in.
