Living well and healthy in the pandemic era
Volunteering and engaging in health lifestyles can help detect conditions of signs and symptoms of COVID19 and help oneself as well as others in a community. Follow medical and healthcare experts in adopting healthy diets, get enough sleep and exercise moderately to keep fit.
Individual proponent of SOLVE challenges. Open to work with others with similar or better solutions to arrive at a more acceptable proposition.
- Recover (Improve health & economic system resilience), such as: Best protective interventions, especially for vulnerable populations, Avoid/mitigate negative second-order consequences, Integrate true costs of pandemic risk into economic systems
Problem: The average person in highly prone to become sick if one does not take precautions to protect oneself.
Many local, regional large areas are affected by climate change. In California, we had recently massive wild fires locally in every possible large forests from the South to the North, as many as other areas more to the north states, reaching even Canada. The unforeseen freezing temperatures in the Midwestern United States that caused power outages and terrible harm to communities and wildlife, are presages to the coming changes in temperature and weather around the globe. There are even erratic monsoons in the Indo-Pacific region. The drastic changes in weather may render a normal person unknowable of what circumstances or precautions to take to stay well.
Target audience, are the everyday average people from elders, adults, and possible teenagers and children.
There are many news report of COVID19 symptoms in children and possible side effects with the different vaccines.
At the moment no definitive data exist yet for adolescents and children, though vaccines have been tested and recommended for teenagers.

Long term prevention and care for those affect or living with COVID19 aftermath.
I hope everyone can benefit and adopt guidelines to stay alive and well.
Hopefully the medical and government guidelines will stay till next year and the following.
Evaluation of people who stay well and locations when people are overly confident and become infected again.
Research needs more time reading and case study different symptoms besides the most obvious COVID19 symptoms. Perhaps studying other symptoms that also are related to serious COVID19.
