We target people with diabetes, prediabetes, and obesity by closely working with their clinicians. Palette provides patients and clinicians with much needed comprehensive meal and lifestyle tracking. These behavior insights aid patients and clinicians in determining the causes for blood glucose and BMI variances.  People with prediabetes effectively achieve their weight targets and people with T2D maintain their blood glucose levels in a healthy range, reducing overall healthcare cost. Our voice-enabled Palette makes the burdensome transition for patients new to T2D easy through seamless lifestyle integration. Palette Provider Portal can be accessed remotely anytime and anywhere, and our virtual lifestyle coaching can be delivered even to remote and rural areas, enhancing patient interaction with clinicians and lowering emerging and severe risks. 

As a GPS for health, Palette offers contextual lifestyle data tracking and guided care management for people with diabetes and their clinicians. A person with diabetes can create a complete behavioral, medical, and contact profile. The patented Palette Mat uses weight to accurately determine nutrient intake right on the dining table for upmost accuracy. Carb counting is now the past. Palette App tracks and synchronizes lifestyle data with health goals, e.g. blood glucose, so clinicians using Provider Portal can make informed decision based on behavior insights and outcomes. Palette is a fun and educational tool for people with diabetes. 

Using a voice enabled Palette, a person with diabetes can set up complete behavioral, medical, and contact profiles through interactive voice command. Our cloud-based Provider Portal provides hourly macronutrients and exercise intensity heat map alongside continuous glucose monitor (CGM) to support diabetes care management deep diving using data analytics and machine learning. 

1. Successfully implement our current community engagement project with Flatbush Seventh Day Adventist Church in NYC and expand current user base to 1000.
2. Launch Palette diabetes prevention platform in the USA. 

Expand our USA-based platform abroad to international communities where more people with diabetes, prediabetes, and obesity will benefit from our innovative solutions. 

With B2B2C model, we market to employers, providers, and insurance companies. Our value-based model requires no upfront payment from patients, and beneficiaries only pay after health targets are reached. Payment is prorated to the percentage of a target attained such as weight loss goal. We employ a SAAS model - patients are provided complete access to hardware and software and future upgrades. Palette Provider Portal provides authorized and secure access to patients behavioral and dietary data, CGM, and medications in a single suite; allowing virtual visits via secure compliant communication protocols and facilitating engagement between medical providers and their patients.  

We are partnering with Amazon in Palette Mat’s fulfillment, and Palette App is listed on Apple App store. Current partners include New York Presbyterian Hospital, Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City and Dr. Bohannon from UCSF. We have over 100 active users. 

We target to reach 1000 users within the next 12 months, mainly in the USA. Through our international platform, our goal is to reach 10,000 users within the next 3 years.

Diabetes Prevention: People with Type 2 diabetes incur $10,000 health care on average. Lowering body weight by 5% and maintaining that weight loss reduces the risk to develop diabetes by 70%.  Palette combines CDC certified curriculum with our innovative virtual platform to deliver a diabetes prevention program to remote areas. During six-month core sessions, patients with prediabetes go through 16 sessions of lifestyle coaching with a focus on diet, exercise, and stress to achieve 5% weight loss and maintain that weight loss over the next 6-18 months. Our value-based pricing is prorated to the actual weight loss achieved during the program. Diabetes Management (SAAS subscription model): people with Type 2 diabetes and Type 1 diabetes use Palette Mat and App to track their lifestyle data, and their clinicians use Palette Portal to coordinate diabetes care management to ultimately reach specific weight loss and glycemic control targets.
