Care is 24x7 while the existing healthcare model is based upon brick and mortar approach through which care can only be provided to sick while they visiting hospitals. This model can't serve the populations and became highly expensive. Countries are spending huge on Healthcare, US alone is spending 3.8 Trillion $ annually and 90 % is going into chronic care and mental health. Yet this system is not able to provide affordable and accessible care and with post COVID19 it had become difficult to provide continuity of care while making hospitals infection free.
We are targeting the providers who are involved in care delivery and the population who can get sick due to many reasons. Our solution engage the providers and people at early stage and also in continuing the care while they can stay at their homes, villages and work.
Making care accessible 24 x7 and engage care provider when they are needed. This decision is made by AI based algorithms. Patient is given education on care and compliance of the orders. A scoring of compliance helps patient to be monitored through family members and care givers.
- Pilot: A project, initiative, venture, or organisation deploying its research, product, service, or business/policy model in at least one context or community
- Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
- Big Data
- Internet of Things
- Software and Mobile Applications
This model provide free access to the large set of functions to the public and paid consultation through the providers on need basis by getting appointment.
This solution would provide the access to care for people living in remote areas and also to the population without going to the healthcare facilities except emergencies and surgeries. This would help to reduce infections, traffic at hospitals and also disease burden.
We are into pilot stage at two hospitals while it would be scaled to new model of care where providers and patients can be engaged using the platform. Now its serving at medical center that has impacted 1 million population without any cost while in next three years it would be scaled to year on year growth of 20 %.
