Our solution is a direct response to the coronavirus disease outbreak, the medical robot R1T1 is well-aligned with the health security & pandemic challenges boarding the necessity of delivering health care assistance in front of the high contagious factor of the COVID-19.

Our robot R1T1 is a medical robot that currently is been used to fight against the pandemic of the coronavirus.

Our solution uses AI at its core for many of its applications. We are changing the aspects of how the health care model is delivered, most notably the experience, the access, and the overall quality.

For this application specifically, we are using artificial intelligence, combined systems, and robot technology to provide first care assistance for patients with the suspect of COVID-19. Most notably we are serving hospitals, patients, and health care workers. Today, the use of R1T1 as the first care provider can make a life difference for the staff and people in need.

The R1T1 robot has been used in most departments of a hospital, helping in surgeries, evaluating the function’s aspects of organs, diagnostic diseases, treating patients, assisting on the combat to COVID-19, among many other applications.

Today, R1T1 is able to integrate with the most hospital equipment: microscopes, ultrasound, endoscopes, vein detection, you name it. It is also able to integrate with hospital systems, electronic medical records, and even the entire area of imaging exams, including 3D reconstruction.

Between its many hospital functions, we also believe in playing an active role in reducing the social distance of people with disabilities. Ideal for recovering patients in the ICU, with Rett Syndrome or sclerosis, R1T1 has a complete solution for interacting with them exclusively with the use of the eyes.

If we are selected as a winner, the prize will be used to produce and deliver robots free of charge for public institutions, it will also help for the continuous development of our systems and robots.

On his task of examining people affected by COVID-19, treating patients, and protecting hospital staff, the R1T1 works on the disinfection of equipment and sick rooms, provide first care assistance, supervise the evolution of symptoms, and allow healthcare professionals and patients to make contact directly from the robot.

For the financial aspect, we are bootstrapping our way through, but smart investments are also welcome to help to scale the project faster. While for the cultural aspect we are looking to work closely together with the early adopters of this new technology.
