These macro-economic problems caused by pandemic  as result in the following issues such as unemployment, poverty, income inequality, stagnant growth because of this problem, society is suffering from one level to another, which must be dealt with for community to realize and deliver on its potentials, for ideal society to be obtained projects should be considered, in which there shall be hope to re-position many economy of individuals as well as society, hence empowering women youth and girls to perform optimally to their expectations thereby re-invigorating their growth and development . This project aims at creating social welfare provision by making this project production system to be capital intensive to the society, for women, youth, girls and those that yet to be gainfully employed to ensure that they have access to the necessary of life. This is also an indication of poverty because majority of the people within our nation economy don’t have access to minimum comfort which is the state of utter depravity, where it is relatively difficult for an average  individual  in Nigeria  society or household to maintain a minimum standard of living, this is situation a lot persons found seemingly helpless.

         To cultivate, inculcate analytical and critical skills relevant for development to transfer all ideas, skills and techniques that are relevant, to reinforce, promote and strengthen endogenous capacity for sustainable development; the cogent reason is to improve the effectiveness of development among the members so that they can contribute maximally to the attainment of the system goals. Because excellence is a reflection of the standard of quality that permeate the various aspect and element of given condition(s), situation or product(s), so as to help in achieving critical and innovative capacity of addressing real-life situation facing society.

The concern of this project is the imperative of managing resources for the well-being of the society for job, health  and wealth creation in community among women, youths and younger girls also people around . The focus is binding on the community deployment system and challenges facing the individuals as a key variable which is important for every societal advancement moves, the project don’t suffer inequity,unfairness,injustice,discrimination,inequality,bias,disproportion,imbalance in the handling of the entrusted resources. Exposing how inequity in the distribution of resources could become the progenitor of the problem of unemployment and poverty. This project is termed to obtain an ideal society where the resources will be evenly distributed and properly managed by the organization for just production of wealth and income equality among women, youths, and girls, in which lack of this will result in the macro-economy

Increasing and improving social value that associated with cost benefit in the society has been my interest, willingness and  enthusiasm, most priority, social development have been my earnest concern with intension of making the economy of the community to be capital intensive for increasing standard of living which in turns improve human development index of the community of which is the key variable for societal advancement. The term cost benefit here focusses on binding development of the individual making the target community with social value opportunities, this is my vision in which am inspired, enthusiastic and highly motivated about to bringing creative solution to the societal challenges around me.
