The solution is a web based application basing at schools to collect children's health information. Students are registered by the school and every term Doctor and nurse pass by for testing. This helps to identify easily and timely chronicle and infectious diseases .The system improves children’s health assurance.

We are overcoming infectious and non communicable diseases that are affecting children which are the most vulnerable group of people in the developing countries community. Another reason is improve health information sharing between institutions .The system is based at school but is accessible by the hospital neighboring the school and the parents also can be notified about their children health status. the solution is a very innovative idea in developing countries where parents and government don't control to health of generation to generation   due to lack of infrastructures, where hospital and health centers are located farther from some group of people, where the community is not informed about body checkup and sometime ignorance and bad service provided by health institutions due to a large number of patients.

Our Solution serves all  children between 3 -12 years (from Nursery to Primary Education Level) this will be for the phase 1.They are vulnerable and they are the future of the nation, We want to support them to be healthy , to get access to quicker treatment ,to protect them from infantry mortality. We have developed an approach study of collecting information from children ,deploying games and toys of health and providing account to them to have access to the system to know the test result collected from their bodies. They were also taught that the test result is private, we cannot share and themselves also are not allowed to share that information. it is their privacy. The importance of this system is not only limited to children it is also helps the nation and the parent on growth of the new generation.

This innovation will improve the quality of service in health public sector, it will help to reduce the infantry mortality and assuring the quality of information needed in planning and in research development.

The system was manually existing but poor to serve the community. community was not even aware the importance of check up due to ignorance and sometimes due to poor service sometimes due to the low of nurses and hospitals. with our solution, the service will be much improved and first. the system will be responsive and connecting all actors(parent ,students ,schools&Hospital.I It will be quicker and detection of any diseases found from students is quicker admitted to hospital and treated in first way

We started with on school ,but we are expecting to reach the whole schools in the country and crossing boarders to help the community and transforming health service.

we use questionnaires and contact. Questionnaires are distributed in schools.

then they administration of the schools they help us to fill the forms.

We also use  an other strategy of contacting parents to collect the feedback from beneficiaries and stakeholders. 

Challenges we face in this project is to collect financial support and convincing the public institutions to help in raising awareness in the schools by showing the importance of the system. We also have barrier to remote areas where internet is not reachable and skills to computer usage is not enough good.

We are  applying to the trinity Challenge to contribute to the development of the community by introducing modern technological solutions to improve working system and also to support innovation acceleration lunched by trinity  Challenge.

We wish to partner with ORGANIZATIONS which work closely with children like UNICEF,SAVE THE CHILDREN,WORLD VISION and GOUVERMENT AUTHORITIES.
