PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: Nigeria with a population of over 200 million with abundant natural resources is face with persistent high prevalence of communicable disease and rising prevalence of non-communicable diseases and the key health indicacators such as maternal and infant mortality are worse than Sub-saharan African average and Nigeria is not on track in controling COVID-19  Pandemic and in achieving universal Health Care. Health Care is a global issue and the inefficiency of the Nigerian Health Care system remains one of the worst in the world, Malaria represent 60% of outpatient visits to health facilities in  Nigeria, making malaria Nigeria the most important public Health challenge, accounting for 30% of children death and 11%  of maternal deaths. over 95% of Nigerians are at risk of curable and controllable diseases, with over 100 million cases of Malaria per year and about 300,000 deaths, owing to the fact that less than 2% have Health care Insurance Cover in Nigeria.

CAUSES OF THE PROBLEM: Neglect of Health Care Sector, Lack of Infrastructure, Lack of Insurance Uptake, Household Out-Of-Pocket Expenditure, Economics a key constraint to access Health Care.

OUR SOLUTION WILL: Eliminate every financial barriers preventing access to equitable Health Care Services.

OUR SOLUTION SERVES OVER 95% UNINSURED NIGERIANS that needs afforadble Health Insurance coverage to stay Healthy during Health Issues, they never know when they are going to need  Health Insurance, a car accident injury, for malternal Care, a cancer diagnosis or simple malaria test and diagnosis, all these don't come with warnings to the population, the vulnerable and the disabled left to their faith during health Issues in our community. Our solution will serve the population insurance coverage to offset the cost of their medical Bills, Hospital Bills, their Mdeications  and Drugs, through equitable Health Care,  for preparative and protective intervention and peace of mind, to increase household resilience for sustainable and inclusive economic growth.

KFW SOLUTION ADDRESSES FOLLOWINGS NEEDS: It will reduce poverty level and create  sustainable economic growth.

IMPROVE INDIVIDUAL AND HOSEHOLD RESILIENCE: KFW innovation will contribute directly to individual welfare and create solution for household resilience in time of financial shocks to create a long time peace of mind for general well-being, enables the people to invest and grow their income and also enables the people to access other services like education for their children.

INFRASTRUCTURAL DEVELOPMENT in the Health care sector will be attained, as it will create funds in the capital market, to support the people and promote innovation and investment in Health Care .

IT WILL DELIVER HEALTH CARE TO THE DISABLED AND THE VULNERABLE IN OUR COMMUNITY

IT WILL MAKE HEALTH CARE ACCESSIBLE TO OVER 95% WITHOUT HEALTH CARE INSURANCE  as all financial barriers preventing access to Health Care will be eliminated.

KFW PUBLIC GOOD: Apart from our commercial activities, we will be relevant to our communnity, by extending Healthcare  to the vulnerable and the disabled in our community left to their faith during Health Issues as our PUBLIC GOOD, to reduce poverty level and create sustainable and inclusive economic growth in Nigeria.

KFW STRATEGY FOR PUBLIC GOOD: The cost of individual Healthcare Insurance Premium in Nigeria is $15 to $20 per annum for individual, and between $100 to $150 for family with four children.

Healthcare is very expensive and for quality and equitable care for the populace, it requires one form of subsidy or the order and welfare along too. Individual and family of four avarage Medical bill and welfare are: for single $80 and for family with four children is $110 to $120 per annum.

Hence the average cost of healthcare for family with four children or single in Nigeria per annum is $185, our solution is delivering healthcare Insurance Cover to every guests that get qualified through $250 target, for the food they ordered, our PUBLIC GOOD is financied by every guests with $65 from their $250 that qualifies them for our FOOD FOR HEALTHCARE INSURANCE SERVICES, to make up PREMIUM and the Medical Care for KFW PUBLIC GOOD.

OUR FOOD FOR HEALTH CARE INSURANCE SERVICE WILL IMPACT THE POPULATION: To accessing quality and equitable Health Care Services and provide support to the population along side with the family through Hospital Bills, Doctors Consultations, Medications, Drugs and Welfare. 

It will impact and provide social support to the population in times of Health Issues resulting to Loss of income and Shelter.

It will impact and prepare the population for feature Pandemic like COVID-19 Pandemic and as a preparative, protective and intervention plan on all Health Issues.

It will impact and remove every financial Barriers preventing access to quality and equitable Health Services in building family resilience to suporting business resilience and enterprise development for sustainable and inclusive economic growth in Nigeria.

It will deliver Health Care Services to the vulnerable and the disabled in our community that are left to their faith during Health Issues to reduce Povetry level for sustainable economic growth.

IT WILL IMPACT THE CAPITAL MARKET:  Will accelerate funds in the Capital Market for infrastructural development.

OUR FOOD FOR HEALTH CARE WILL MAKE CAPITAL AVAILABLE FOR DIVERSIFICATION: By creating a significant FUND to invest in Health Care infrastructures: World class Hopitals in each local government with modern medical equipments.

IMPACT OVER THE NEXT ONE YEAR:  Our goal is to digitised over 100,000,000 Nigerians through our solution, with 50,000 for year one and over 1,000,000 for year 3.

INFRASTRUCTURE TO DRIVE OUR IMPACT Our solution will be aggressively pursued in setting up all the infrastructural facilities to drive our Food For Health Care Insurance Programme in our impact over the next one year. 

 MINI PRODUCTION CENTRE: is part of the infrastructure of our impact over the next one year to pilot our solution. The mini production centre is to produce all our food based on our specification and deliver the half prepared food to all our Mobile Restaurant locations, it has the capacity to serve 15 Mobile Restaurant, to pilot the project and will be upgraded to a mega Factory.

OUR MOBILE RESTAURANT: Is the Icon, the Symbol, the awareness creator, information dissmenator,  and the centre to digitised guests for Health Care Services through our FOOD FOR HEALTH CARE SERVICE Programme, from the FOOD we serve, hence it will be our major infrastructure to be set up, as part of our impact over the next one year. 

 COLLABORATION: Our collaboration with stockholders, all computer Application packages, Soft Wares and Hard Ware will be on ground .

MEASURE OF SUCCESS: Among the keys for KFW to succeed is to secure funds to implement our solution, our collaborative approach with insurance company that will provide the policy for services to be rendered during Health Issues, with Hospitals to admit treat or hospitalised the insured in times of haelth Issues, Pharmacies to deliver Drugs when needed and Welfare insurance company to maintain strong levels of health plan with all the stockholders.

KFW will not only provide access to more affordable quality and equitable Health Care, but able to spread the responsibilities of Health Care across institutions and the people through our innovation to Health Care, to remove all financial barriers preventing the larger population access to Health Care but offset rising health Care costs for the people and deliver equitable Healthcare Services to the vulnerable and the disabled in our community, using the insured as our indicator to measure the success of our innovative approach to Health Care, by working closely with the insured through monitoring, to identify areas that needs modification. 

 MONITORING AND EVALUATING AS TOOLS TO MEASURE OUR SUCCESS: using our insured as indicator through the  following strategy: Relevance, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Economy, Sustainability, Coherence and added Value  

BARRIERS CURRENTLY EXISTING: Barriers currently existing that may limit the impact of our concept and solution to Health Care Insurance cover through our FOOD FOR HEALTH CARE using Mobile Restaurant with autonomous power supply and sanitarty system attached to digitised guests are FUNDIND and the TECHNICAL aspect of the concept, however, access to fund will authomaticaly solve the TECHNICAL aspect of the concept.

BARRIERS FOR THE NEXT THREE YEARS: Infrastructural Barriers is one of our major concern on our solution, Political and religious barriers is also part of the barriers that could limit the impact of our solution and corruption in the country too.

JIM BLOCK: Is a German Gatronomic industry, working there for additional  learning  understanding of setting up of the gastronomic aspect of KFW, in order to deliver a global entity. 

WHY WE ARE APPLING: We are applying to delliver solution to the inefficient Health situation of Nigeria, by using our innovation of FOOD FOR HEALTHCARE to eliminate all financial Barriers preventing access to equitable healthcare, to reduce poverty level and create a sustainable and inclusive economic growth in Nigeria.

HELP OVERCOME OUR FUNDING BARRIERS: Techhnical review of our financial model and revenue stream and demand estimates and development of project information Memorandum (PIM) for market packaging and fund mobilization through development of our solution for suitable investors, Grant Funding application to access project finance for our solution.

HELP OVERCOME OUR TECHNICAL BARRIERS: To develop strategies and Techical advisory on our solution through review of our business case and project concept to drive financing and enhance credit enhancement  for our innovation in the Healthcare using food for Healthcare insurance Cover.
