Worldwide blood checks and sanitization at all port Entries

asymptomatic people who carry diseases border to border without  showing signs and symptoms can be rooted with mandatory blood checks at every entry port thus limiting the spread of diseases from country to country or continent to continent the way covid-19 spread

I am solving two problems the problem of massive cross border virus spread and asymptomatic naiveness by individuals making sure every traveller’s blood on earth is in a universal database accessed online at all border entries that is updated at every port the traveller arrives at so as to prevent spread

my solution serves the safety of the whole world, and keeps the WHO up to date

My solution rids the world of rampant death/spread of viruses and keeps WHO updated

My idea solution if implemented will impact the whole world in 1year out of a scale of 100% my impact will be a trillion percent and in three years a zillion percent...think of my solution website as bitcoin it will be so valuable and not for sale.WHO will have to grant me $200,000 per year for 20years to own my idea

i could not select all countries ,but my solution is global to all countries and nothing is a barrier coz it will all be internet based guaranteeing global outreach, global database, and globally updated
