Problem: In Brazil, there are more than 700 active health plans with approximately 47 million beneficiaries. In addition, there is a national health plan that serves the rest of the population, over 173 million people. However, currently, there is no single medical record, where the patient can store his clinical data in a safe and unified place, even when using a health plan. In addition, current medical information storage applications are not integrated with health institutions, creating barriers for their collection and availability to the patient. Solution: MORE is a company that aims to help patients, doctors and health institutions to share exams in an easier, more practical and safer way. But the MORE solution goes beyond this: in a single environment, doctors, patients and institutions can make new connections and businesses, such as, for example, in the field of radiological medicine. How are we changing the world? MORE hopes to become a major social network focused on health, helping private or even governmental institutions around the world in order to ensure better assistance to the population, and, in a more organized way, to all their electronic medical records.

These needs were raised with health professionals and based on the basic demand to have a unified repository of exams, data and clinical measurements.
The startup is formed by a leader with 30 years of experience as a doctor and IT with more than 15 years of experience in the health area.
The entire process is validated at a private institution in Brazil.

MORE's main objective is to become a global health platform that helps as many people as possible to securely control their health data. The generation of a unique repository of patient health for free, with access to all the functionalities of artificial intelligence, automatic data indexing, sharing of exams with requesting doctors and health professionals, makes More the only platform in the market with potential global concentration of patient health data, helping the community to classify, mitigate health risks for the population.
When the population clearly owns and understands their own clinical information, both the patient and the government will be able to measure the progress of diseases by location and even the use of petitions and clinical analyzes after a pandemic.
In a brief sample of 200 people, the great need for a repository of clinical data for the patient was identified, where the patient currently loses his exams, does not remember which appointment he made, forgets to take the medication at the right time, forgets to make the measurements necessary for monitoring chronic illnesses and so on.
More besides storing this data free of charge, it also offers tools and analyzes to reduce risks based on the data provided, suggesting medical care, warning of changes both at the individual level and at the community level.
MORE's scalability will be linked to the institutions associated with the platform. We will offer the ease of delivering results to patients and the possibility of a marketplace for doctors and health professionals. We currently have 10 health institutions linked to the platform for delivering exams and radiological and laboratory reports, and with the launch of the platform, more than 10,000 patients a month will have access to their exams.
With marketing and entertainment strategies, we hope to enhance this growth where in the first year we will have more than 400 thousand users on the platform, reaching more than 5 million in the third year.
urrently, we measure MORE's success by the total number of new users added to the platform. We currently have more than 10,000 users and when we reach the 500,000 barrier we will launch the premium plan for greater data storage and artificial intelligence facilities to improve users' health.
Another measure of success is the total number of business transactions carried out within the platform, both between the institution and the physician, as well as the patient and the physician.
This stage is being launched and we expect to handle some 8 thousand transactions a month.

More basically has two main barriers to be overcome.
The first and most immediate, which needs to be overcome in the first year, is the financial barrier, where we need capital to invest in IT, Marketing and Administrative personnel.
We currently have resources to maintain three programmers and a quality analyst, but we need to quadruple this investment to compose a team of DevOps, development in artificial intelligence, marketing agency and impulsion among others.
The second barrier is the infrastructure barrier that will naturally occur in the next 3 years with the increase in the volume of access for medical users and mainly patients.
This barrier will be overcome with the return in the first two years, according to the profitability plan.
The profitability plan is based on premium users for patients, with more space and more features, as well as a percentage in each business transaction between institution and doctor or patient and doctor.

Our biggest barrier is the financial one, we need cash to expand the development and support teams and thus leverage growth. Furthermore, we truly believe that our solution will help many people around the world, especially those most in need.
