The problem is that all people needs goods from stores, like food and house items. And sometimes those places are full of people, incresing the risk of infection. More people together, more people infected and with that, the problem will never end.
The target audiences are those persons that need to go to stores and supermarkets to buy everyday items, like food. And they are the ones that get more exposed to the infection, and the ones that can provide a way for the virus to spread. With this technology the will be able to avoid high populated areas and thus decreasing the chance of infection and spreading of the virus.

It is free, it is easy to use. We could add add´s to monetize but its for the well-being of the users, so we can end this pandemic sooner. So the public good that this solution provides is the ability for the users to go where there is less people buying at a time.
People must buy at stores, is that simple. The impact is that they will be able to see which place is less populated by other users. so they can have an idea of how much people are reunited in a place. If they know this they will be less prone to infection because they can just go to a lesser concurred store or supermarket. This places have people coming and going, so the risk is higher.
Improving the app and marketing so all the people in the world knows it as a reliable source of information. That they can use to prevent infections. On the next three years it will be known by all the world, and it will be used by all so the virus is going to have a harder time infecting people. The goal is so all the people that have to go out to the stores feel more secure doing what they have to do. The stores will have a more even distribution of customers and with this they will have more sales, improving the economy.
I will measure the impact by counting the users and the cases of coronavirus infections at common centers, like stores and supermarkets. The more users, the less infections at this places, information is key, so the users with information will have lesser chances of being infected. Also I will measure success by measuring the mean time that a customer is at the store buying. The more users, the less time they spend. Because the stores will be less concurred.

The main barrier is the permit of the goverments to publish something about the COVID19, once i have the permit there is no real barrier, just that the goverments accept the solution and share with the people of the world.
