1. FLEXIBLE SAVING SCHEME
Our major Challenge was getting a flexible savings scheme structure for our end-users so that they can conveniently afford our solutions. We believe that the Introduction of a Flexible Savings Scheme for pregnant women to enable them purchase the kits easily is very important. We are proposing that each month, they would pay a dollar to our Natal Care certified traditional birth attendant and before the 9th month they would have successfully saved enough to purchase the kits and the monthly subscription fee for the message delivery
2. SCALE-UP
Our major challenge is how to scale up quickly. There are more than 54 million people living in underserved communities in Nigeria who do not have access to our kits and other innovative and services. Our plan is to diversify and increase our revenue models and portfolios while still delivering impactful services
3. MOBILE PAYMENT SYSTEM
One of the major challenges that we faced is how to integrate a mobile payment system into our solution in order to make payment for our solutions easy for our customers. We are working towards overcoming this challenge by developing a mobile payment system where our customers can make easy payment anywhere and any time
