Soapy’s hygiene from the air systems provides accesseble with WHO standard hygiene facilities for health providers.

Every year millions die as a result of diseases that could have been easily prevented had they had access to hygiene facilities and safe ruining water. Hygiene is a fundamental human right, but the truth is that more than 2 billion people don't have access to proper hygiene, due to lack of water or soap. Those who survive the diseases, face repeated infection, which can lead to serious health problems. which decreasing personal and community development, reducing local economy growth education and much more.
Solution:
Soapy is a connected hygiene micro-station, which generates water from the air, capable of producing an accurate dose of soap&water (reducing water consumption by 95%). Our hygiene station generates a powerful IoT grid, enabling cities and organization to morph sanitation consumption into life-saving data science(hygiene versus health, education, household income, local economy).
Change:
Each unit can serve healthcare center workers and up to 200 visitors. Provide a reliable (a WHO standard) hygiene facilities with minimum water waste. The system can eliminate infection diseases that could be transfered by the health care provider from patient to patient. By that increasing hygiene quality and safety of the health center.
With 10,000 units we can support 2 million health care visitors, and with 1,000,000 units we will help 200 Million. Eliminating the risk of infection diseases by 30%-50% (according to WHO and CDC) helping creat a healthier environment for both : health frontiers and their customers.

Soapy is a technology that combines generation of water from the air(up to 100L a day), resource management system that reduces water consumption by 95% (each wash need only 100 ml of water) completed with a hands free triggering system eliminating re-contamination of the point of use. On top of that an IoT grid with DATA analytics algorithms that can provide insights and predictions of community health status according to the hygiene practice.
Creation of good hygiene habit is a long process including a mandatory 24/7 access to water and soap. The facility must be autonomous and with minimum ritual resistance effects.
Our air to water module makes our system independent of infrastructure needs.
Resource management algorithm makes it sustainable and helps to generate up to 1000 washing cycles each day - an affordable solution for 200 healthcare consumer.
Our IoT and DATA algorithms, provide a 24/7 monitoring of the system condition together with user-hygiene-practice insights that help to form new hygiene-educational programs.
We want to deploy a total of 250 units in different demographic layers of India.

In 5 years the goal is to have 100,000 operating units distributed around the world(mainly in SEA and Africa) providing a hygienic environment to health centers in the most deprived and marginalized communities (including refugee camps).

Indirect effect: 80,000,000 people: Total number of the family members of the direct consumers. Healthy family member increases household income and reducing health care burden.

The IoT grid is connecting each unit and knowing where and how it is used and where it is not. According to it, we can plan community visits from our workforce/partners.
WASH education compains will be executed together with our partners, with the help of our DATA analytics.
Establishing a local franchisee that taking care of the community needs as a regional technical service provider.
Currently we serving a bit less than 400 people (2 systems) each day. It is done together with our partners in India.
And another 106 people with a testing units in Israel. And 1 unit in Italy.
We also plan to deploy another 5 units within the next few weeks(until September 2018), these units will serve additional 1000 people each day.
250 system will serve an average of 50K people. Service is done automatically according to the cloud checklist that is sent to our partners and customers (not consumers). These Organization already has established workforce who will support the demand. We already have a production plants(OEM) in Israel that can produce service parts if needed.
A plug and play Installation. QA is done from remote by our cloud software.
In 3 years our milestone is to have 10K units that will serve 2m people each day.
Service will be executed through our subsidiary in India and our distribution partners.

Together with our board who has decades of experience in C level corporation management and C level startup building to liquidity level.
We have a global Advisory board from the water(Netafim and GE), infrastructure(ISS and Ganon), investing (Anges), logistics(ISS) and impact(Avante, Vera) ventures backgrounds.
3 branches of BM:
1) System sale(B2B) - selling the unit to a local distributor or SMB.
2) Service contract - including the preventing maintenance and consumables refills. The contract is with a local government/SMB(school/health center) or with the franchisee. $2/year per user. Paid quarter basis. Helps to stay in contact with the user.
3) Data subscription fee(monthly basis) - for interested organization(research centers, UNICEFF, WHO, TWB, CDC government etc.)
If we win, we can make our dream come true. We will start scaling up our operation to manufacture stations in mass production to reach thousands of people in the coming years. Our goal is to creat a healthier healthcenters within the most deprived communities.
