Collecting multi-dimensional data with analysis and modeling capabilities to reduce the difficulty of disease control and improve epidemic control capabilities.

- Identify (Determine & limit the disease risk pool & spill over risk), such as: Genomic data to predict emerging risk, Early warning through ecological, behavioural & other data, Intervention/Incentives to reduce risk for emergency & spill over
Problem Define :
- It is not clear what pattern of epidemic infectious diseases are transmitted and spread when a pandemic outbreak.
-
The complexity of epidemic data requires the public health organisers have high digital literacy to process data and do decision making.
-
A lack of efficient, accurate and readable tool for visualising infectious disease transmission data has made it difficult for public and health system to response quickly.
After the disease start to spread and show unusual situations, at the first stage, the system could collect disease characteristic data(related to syndrome), demographic data and location data from community healthcare centre, non-febrile outpatient clinics in hospitals, pharmacies, schools and other primary-level organisations. For general public health organizers who are lack of digital and data process literacy, these complex data make it difficult for them to figure the situation of transmission promptly. With the help of the system, these data will be processed and analysed by the risk identification system and then the results of analysis will be visualised in real time.
Our main audience is public health staff and healthcare providers.
If we don't have this system, the multifarious and disorderly data would be difficult for the organizers to know the real-time information form the font-line. The communication will be time-consuming and we might miss the best point to control the disease transmission and make a quick decision for different areas. Since the transmission is spatial and temporary based, the geographic visualisation of the COVID-19 situation will be effective to solve the problem of quick response to infectious disease.
- Growth: An initiative, venture, or organisation with an established product, service, or business/policy model rolled out in one or, ideally, several contexts or communities, which is poised for further growth

The system allows health organizers to be the first to know when an epidemic symptoms is occurring through visualization, and to make rapid responses and decisions based on geographical information and population density information, helping to reduce the spread of infectious diseases.
The project uses a medical big data visualization platform to assist public health regulators in making accurate decisions, reducing transmission and proliferation, and rationalizing the deployment of supplies, etc.
It helps medical institutions to make precise policies at the treatment level and improve medical material allocation and medical service capacity deployment based on the visualization platform.
It relies on the convenience and flexibility of mobile and its accessibility to receive real-time information from the authorities and make quick decisions and medical solutions in a visual and intuitive form.
It relies on real-time analysis of the platform, combined with spatial and temporal data to classify the regional epidemic level, hierarchical governance, and resource integration.
The best part of our data visualization platform is we provide the best visualization abilities and keeping data in the local, and we will not storage the local public health in our site. Instead of it, we provide a very powerful tool for symptoms monitoring, it can be used for COVID-19 identification and any other epidemic prevention. Hopefully, we can have at least 2 cites/country use our platform to improve their public health system in 1 year. In the meantime, we can work together put more AI model into this platform. Together, we transform the traditional 2D BI system into the new “3D world”. It’s like the mobile phone evolve to smart phone. In 5 years, we can have more and more users and benefit to the whole world health care system( at least 20 countries or regions).
We using multiple tools to measuring out impact goal and project. The key OKR for our current plan is:
In the 1-2 years, become the best data visualization platform for pandemic monitoring. Successfully, make at least 95% early disease identification in 5 cities.

Because of the strong public nature of our solutions, we expect to gain the support of various national data departments and health agencies, while the involvement of the WHO will also determine the public benefit of our products.
